I am shocked at this hotel. As I was passing through Malaga to catch the plane, I found myself in a hotel where there is nothing that I liked in terms of service.

I booked the AluaSun Costa Park through a travel operator and I had no idea what to expect. As the price for my stay was such a good deal, I had low expectations but damn, was I wrong! The rooms are a tad old fashioned but spacious, clean and comfortable. The service at the hotel is of the utmost quality and very consistent: from the receptionists, to the maids, to the waiters.. everyone is helpful, friendly, attentive and going above and beyond! The food buffet is varied and appetising and the food is very good. The swimming pools are great and the small water park is very well placed so that parents can see the kids from the adult pool. There is also a lifeguard who is looking after the kids non stop: making everyone feel very reassured. If you want to go to Torremolinos (5 min drive) but don't have a car, there is also a free shuttle from the hotel! The shuttle comes every hour and brings you to Torremolinos city centre or the beach (2 stops) and brings you back later. There is a Corte Ingles and a Lidl/Aldi 5 min walk from the hotel too for quick shops (if you forgot to bring soap)! Everything was brilliant all around!

The hotel room was really spacious comfortable beds. Sofa bed air conditioning also a balcony with real good views. The hotel staff were very inviting and friendly spoke really good englaish. The food was very nice and lots to choose from. We took our 15 year old son at night there was entertainment but aimed at younger kids also when that finished there was bingo. They could do with doing entertainment for all ages. But above all we had a fantastic holiday.

We had a great time at AluaSun Costa Park, food and drink good, hospitality by Imed was welcoming and friendly. The staff here are great and work really hard. Hotel clean and pool is lovely. Better outside area than the online photos show.

Lovely hotel welcoming and friendly staff. Large rooms. Higher floors have lovely view. Buffet restaurant serving a good selection of food Clean throughout even garden and pool areas entertainment throughout the day and evening Only negative would e that it is a bit out of town. But there is a shuttle bus running upto 10 times a day between town centre and beach
