Just spent 10 nights at this Hotel, room spacious & beds comfy, kettle & cups in room, 3 steps down to living room & sofa & armchair there, plenty of space in wardrobe, hair dryer in bathroom & shoer & hand gel by sink & shower, room operated by card & had problem as had to change card 3 times as couldn’t get in room, use the back entrance gate & that takes you sea front & everything you wanted is there, restaurants galore & snack bars & one we visited most for lunchtime snack was called Panaria owned by Patrick & him & staff are so pleasant, it’s up a side street & near Cosy Corner snack place, we had dinner one time at hotel as we booked B&B, it was ok but once was enough, plenty of Variety at breakfast time & staff very pleasant & reception as always said hello or good morning which goes a long way, so was an enjoyable time here

Our first holiday with no kids and we thought we chose well with Aluasun Friendly check in, excellent room, VERY large and comfortable bed, cleaned to a high standard, delicious and varied food (half board basis), fabulous rooftop pool and brilliant location for restaurants, beach and shopping At 50 we were nearer the younger age group staying but we actually enjoyed the peace and civility 😉 We would return to this little gem of a hotel 🙏🏻

After staying here for our 4th time the standards were as good if not better than ever. Food , Staff and Accomadation all gold star. Thankyou very much for another great holiday and hope to be back next year , Martin , Chris and Ken ( rooms 234 , 235 ) Xxx 😄

Great location a stones throw from the beach shops and restaurants. The hotel is nice enough clean and well kept however outside the reception area and also the outside seating area at the pool there was an overwhelming stench which I assume was sewage . This unfortunately was also in the bedroom. The room itself was clean and spacious with a large bathroom and great walk in shower. The bed I found uncomfortable maybe because I have a memory foam mattress at home and this mattress was very soft and lumpy not comfortable for me . We were booked in for half board the breakfast was great loads of hot and cold choices no issues at all . The dinners were also very nice a great salad bar as well as a good selection of hot food choices . Reception staff were all very friendly and helpful restaurant staff not so much most of them looked like they really didn’t want to be there. The rooftop pool and bar was lovely plenty of loungers and friendly bar staff.

2nd visit. Came same week last year, so good we repeated it. They’ve updated the bar and stage area. New loungers on the roof. New bar menu. Still fabulous. A few faces from last year and all the staff are so helpful. Food is plentiful and beautifully seasoned. Beds are comfy and the aircon is great. Must say I like the way the rooms are set out. Plenty of space, sitting area and good balcony. Special shout to Miki, Conner, Patricia, Alfredo. Though everyone was professional and helpful. Then the location has everything you need. Always got a subbed when I wanted one. Totally recommend.

Just returned, hotel lovely, very clean and modern entrance. Nice helpful lady on reception answering any questions we had. Room is very comfortable and spacious. On the down side the bathroom had a VERY deep bath with a shower over it ,I asked if we could move to a walk in shower but the hotel was full and maybe we could move later, but once you have unpacked you don't want to move, we managed but very carefully! The cleaning lady was great our room was spotless every day. Roof pool was lovely, we swam nearly every day, yes cold but needed when hot. Sunbeds not many you need to get there when it was opened at 9 30 Pizza was lovely and good price. Food was nice, something for everyone, but the bread was like concrete and the sliced was tastless,so I bought my own and took it with me every morning so that was fine. Happy hour was a nice treat. No tv for British customs. I took a firestick and it worked fine. Lots of shops and restaurants literally outside the door as is the beach. Nice thick cushions on the beach sunbeds €7each. But because of the shower situation we will not return. Take coffee for your room.

When we arrived I thought, ooo this is nice. The rooftop area is amazing up there, and the ham & cheese toasties are excellent . Didn't use either of the pools they were freezing, unfortunately. The rooms are not 4 star, they're ok, cleaned everyday, ours was full of marks, stained curtains and patio doors did not lock. We reported several times. Ours was a street view overlooking the bins, not great when they're emptied every morning at 1am right outside your room, especially the glass one. Food was ok, we ate out sometimes....take your own teabags, the teabags are awful. Please note if you have not booked as premium you dont get replacement water in your room, you get 2 complementary bottles, I went asking for more and was told no because I wasn't 'premium'.

Highly recommended this hotel, Great location for getting to the beach, literally 2 min walk, lots of other eating places condensed in this 2 minute walk area. Couldn't be better located, even the main road for buses is only a handful of minutes away up steps past Palm Beach Apts.

My husband and I spent ten days in this hotel and from start to finish it was 10 out of 10 for service, Staff are very hard working and always polite - would teach you a thing or two about hospitality in the UK! Food was very tasty and varied - never ate out once it was so nice. Room service daily could not fault a single thing. Rooftop bar amazing and area in general fabulous. Bus stop nearby plenty to do and see. Don't listen to negative reviews totally unfounded. Hope to visit again :)

This was our first time in Torremolinos and to this hotel. All we had to go on were other reviews which were mixed. However, our experience at this hotel was excellent. The hotel is a couple of streets in from the beach so there are no sea view rooms. The rear gate of the hotel takes you straight out into street filled with bars and restaurants. Torremolinos to the left (town centre walk around 20 minutes) and Benalmadena to the right. So this hotel is very central. We had a pool view room on the 4th floor with a standard balcony which was a great sun trap. On arrival, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that the safe in the room comes at an extra cost and the key is provided by reception. The safe is small so fine for small items but not for tablets or laptops. One other useful point to note is that the hotel can provide ironing facilities. There is a note about this in the wardrobe but we only found it on the last day. During our visit the entertainment area on the ground floor was being painted. This is always a good sign when the fabric of a hotel is being maintained. Our room was kept spotless during our visit and the beds were very comfortable. We only had bed and breakfast and the breakfast buffet was very comprehensive. Eggs can be cooked fresh to order. We will certainly stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is well situated near to the shops etc. The room we had 132 was a superior. Nice big room but not a nice view just a bit of garden where apparently guests with their pet dogs they let use as a toilet. Food was OK but if you want a superb curry go to Indian ocean on the prom absolutely the best curry we have had .. staff in the hotel ? Some are nice some not so friendly you get the impression they like Dutch people better. The roof top terrace with sunbeds is lovely but you need to up before it opens at 9.30am if you want a bed. Be aware they cater for hen and stag groups so not always quite at night which is a shame because of this we would not book again at this hotel

Significantly better than we expected, large room and evening meal quality and variety. Reception staff quick to react with problem in our room, 1 hour all done and dusted. Can not fault the staff , hotel or facilities.

Lovely hotel near to all transport links. food good Close to sea and shop lovely level walk Room clean and spacious will defo be booking again only minor grip didn’t like fruit juices
