Paying €1200 for a week at least you exept to have a decent place to stay but unfortunately not in thos place. Bathroom 1.5 meter wide which within it you'll find a shower without door,water all over the room without a drain where the water can go. First bedroom you'll find a sofa bed a fridge ,large table and two burner cooking equipment which one of the burners trips the electricity every time switched on. Also in this room A/C always leaking water.this room is not bigger than 5sm so you can imagine. 2nd bedroom much better but still not valued for the money paid. Website also says private balcony but it doesn't state that is not bigger than 50cm by 1 meter and its scare to go out on it in the state it is. Another thing I cant understand is how this place is without any fire detectors in the rooms and no fire extinguishers on each floor. Most funny thing is the lift ,which I have never seen somthing like it before ,to go up and down you must keep the button pressed on which floor you want to stop until it arrives. Honestly I dont know how the italian tourist authority works but in our country this things are not acceptable. On a positive note staff is very friendly and helpful. What is for sure I will never be back at this place and I regret that I did.

La camera era sporchissima: capelli ovunque; ragnatele con tanto di ragni annessi; piani di appoggio pieni di polvere e sporcizia; doccia incrostata dallo sporco; stanza che puzzava di muffa e di polvere; la finestra inutilizzabile; il letto sporchissimo, abbiamo dovuto mettere le nostre lenzuola; nella camera non si poteva proprio respirare per il caldo e l’umidità che c’era. Ci siamo messi a pulire e a disinfettare tutto, le pezze sono uscite nere. Struttura prenotata a maggio con l’agenzia viaggi. Naturalmente i proprietari sapevano cosa ci avevano dato e al check-out non ci hanno chiesto nulla, si sono presi le chiavi senza mai guardaci in faccia. Uno schifo totale!

Ho soggiornato qui per una notte con la mia bambina proprio ieri. Se ci fossero state 10 stelle le avrei date tutte!! La ragazza della reception mi ha chiamato per sapere quando saremmo arrivate e molto gentilmente ci ha fornito la posizione per poter arrivare prima. L''appartamento bellissimo, pulito e profumato. Macchina del caffè con cialde, due condizionatori e TV sia in cucina che in camera. Terrazzini con vista mare e letto comodissimo. Ci hanno fatto la gentilezza di farci trovare una bottiglia di acqua fresca nel frigorifero che ci ha fatto molto comodo. Al 4 piano c'è una terrazzina solarium che è una chicca. Del personale non posso che parlare bene, tutti disponibili e gentili. Se tornerò a Trapani, sicuramente soggiornerò nuovamente al Palazzo dei corsari.

In un antico palazzo completamente restaurato abbiamo soggiornato in un monolocale ultimo piano con terrazza vista mare.Molto pulito e dotato di tutto Letti comodissmi Il personale molto gentile e disponibile Da consigliare..

Posto senza infamia e senza lode. Noi abbiamo soggiornato qui solo una notte, arrivando tardi la sera e partendo la mattina. Sosta funzionale per l’aliscafo per Favignana. Posso dire prima stanza a piano terra entrando. Essenziale e carina, direi pulita, con angolo cottura, piccolo frigo con bottiglia d’acqua e macchinetta del caffè con un paio di cialde. Graditissimi. Bagno non spettacolare, ma funzionale, un pochino obsoleto, ma appunto per quello che serviva a noi la sistemazione è andata più che bene. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, sicuramente consiglio il posto per la posizione strategica.

Hotel/appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario, ottima posizione per visitare il centro con i suoi vari ed ottimi ristoranti, sia il porto per gli imbarchi per le isole.
Suggerimenti...tende più oscuranti e per risparmio di acqua, elettricità, ecc... mettere degli avvisi sui lavaggio asciugamani, per evitare sprechi.A noi sono stati lavati dopo solo un giorno, quindi non ancora sporchi, sebbene fossero regolarmente. appesi.
