Our third time here and still the best value in Treasurer Island. Clean, nice free breakfast and a quick check in. Close to great restaurants and the beach across the street. Had a marina view.

I reserved a gulf view which was more expensive than a standard room. When I checked in the front desk said Trip.com booked a standard room and they didn’t have any gulf view rooms left. So they told me to contact Trip.com for refund on room.

I really enjoyed my stay. The employees were hospitable and friendly. Housekeeping came by everyday and kept the room with fresh towels. I loved the pool and jacuzzi steps away from the room. Also, being able to smoke outside and enjoy the weather right outside my room was amazing. I was nervous after reading reviews but got a totally different experience. The rooftop bar was really nice and open late and the DJ/Bartender were really helpful with enjoying my last night there. I will say parking is expensive ($16/day) and the lot was crowded most days. All in all, I would absolutely come back and stay again.

Worst customer service. The photos and amenities in the listing are a lie. They tried to make my kids sleep on the floor as tbey gave us the wrong room. Hot tub was broken.

Couldn’t check in only an hour early. Was to get a king room. Did not after them assuring us we would. Parking is $15 with a $50 deposit that wasn’t disclosed. Bathroom is in terrible condition.

We booked this room at the last minute because sharing a room at the Bilmar with our adult son wasn’t working out (loud snorer!). This room was much much better then The Bilmar! Quieter (there was construction right outside our door at Bilmar), cheaper, and the room was much nicer. Staff was very nice at the Bilmar, though. We were in town for a wedding.

I really had a great stay. I would suggest they update some things. The card readers weren’t the greatest. There was no information posted, or inside the room. Had no idea where simple things like the ice machine was located. They have WiFi, but never gave the info to login. Lots of basic details were lacking.
Room was comfortable, and clean. The staff was great. If I come back, I would stay again.

There is an outdoor bar that BLASTS music until 11 pm making it impossible to sit on the porch. If your room isn’t down on the far end or on the backside the music can be heard even if the door is closed.
Other than that, the place is really nice. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Would definitely recommend if the music is turned down
