It wasn't the cleanest, and it said it had been newly renovated, we couldn't tell... we won't stay again.

Everything ok

It's OK, but the network is a little bit bad

Pros: Cheap, good location, good waffles at the breakfast. Cons: Our bathroom was gross. Dried blood in the shower and beside the toilet. The smell of cigarette smoke would waft through the room frequently despite it being a no smoking facility. In fact, we walked out of our room only to find a cigarette on the floor of the hallway. The walls are paper thin, so if you want to listen to guy in the room beside you cough up phlegm in the bathroom, this is the place for you! Check in wasn’t smooth. Had to wait 15 min for someone to go to the desk and check us in. The phone rang the entire time we waited and no one answered. If you’re looking for a cheap place to spend one night and don’t need to use the bathroom, this will probably work. Overall would not recommend.

I stayed there 5 nights and only had the "do not disturb" sign on the door knob the first night. In those 5 nights my room was never cleaned so i never got fresh bed sheets or clean towels. The 3rd day i noticed ants in the bathroom and told the front desk which he said he would have housekeeping clean and maintenance spray. None of this happened so i told the desk the 4th day which he replied with a similar response and there was a housekeeping lady there at the desk so he told her specifically to clean my room and still nothing happened.

They did not hold the specific room that I requested and that was available at the time of request and I ended up being surprised with that information when I arrived at the property, and was forced to settle for another room that was not as nice .

Restaurant had virtually no food. And no service. Room was beat up and cold. Could not get it warmn even after 1 hour runnig the heater

The room never got warm. The room was dusty needed to be vacuumed. When I arrived to my room a maintenance man was coming out. A few minutes later he knocked on the door to fix something in the bathroom. Bathroom had no towel racks. The hallway’s looked spooky.

The lobby and rooms have been remodeled. The hallways and elevator, not so much. The room was nice and any issues were solved quickly. For a quick stay, it was nice.

Updated, but overall dirty in all the corners and hard to reach areas. Hallway smelled like ****.

Very comfy quiet and nice breakfast. My only suggestion is there are not enough outlets and charging usb ports near the bed

Elevator was out of service. The room had no “Do Not Disturb” door hanger. There was no remote for the TV. The breakfast had no hot water available unless it was by heating water in the microwave. The bathroom sink stopper didn’t work so I couldn’t fill the basin with water. I go every two weeks and every 2 weeks they take a $50 deposit that is not mentioned on the ******* booking site.

The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. The hotel was clean. They’ve recently done some remodeling updates and it looked nice. The beds are only full size and firm but clean. The breakfast was mediocre, missing some proteins but had the standard waffles, cereal, toast and juice. The food was fresh and tasty. Overall, I was happy with the hotel for the cost of our stay and we would stay here again.

Lobby is great. But as soon as you get to your room is like a renters special. Bathroom needs upgrades
