The night shades were broken and i asked to get fixed because its like daylight in there at nighttime, nothing was done and did not move me to new room.

The edge of metal bar handle in the shower booth was sharp, so I got some minor injuries on top side of hand while I am showering. Everybody needs to be careful.

We had no wifi during our entire stay! The staff started calling the internet company on the second day but it still wasn’t fixed. Being a person coming from outside the country, internet is how you get around or even contact anyone. It was horrible. Had we not known anyone in the city, we would have been stranded in the hotel. I missed a lot of email, couldn’t do any work until I went home. They were not even apologetic, they said it was out of their hands. No refund was offered, we only got breakfast vouchers for our last day, as if that would help. Very disappointing stay.

We stayed there for 3 days and no one cleaned our room- ever. There was construction in the lobby area. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

They didnt have a large selection of drinks on the bar.. So I had 2 go to 7-11
It wasn't a great food selection either..
So I placed an online order to go get me food for the night

Unique and did NOT like if you stayed more than one night your room was not made up no fresh towels. I expect my room at any price to at least give me fresh towels, replace toiletry items and make up the bed.

Simply put, this place is a DUMP! Do not stay here if you can avoid it. From your first step in the door the place is disgusting. There are dead flowers and ****s all over the front and the outside seating area which we tried to use one night has furniture with absolutely shredded cushions. The room was not acceptable at all. There was piece of a Covid test on one of the night stands, spots on the sheets, and just felt really filthy. On top of all of that the staff was very rude and not accommodating at all. The only positive thing about this place is the location- close to I75, Somerset, and multiple restaurants, but there are a lot of other hotels in the area so do yourself a favor and stay at one of those!
