Pool was nice and warm and hot tub was awesome… breakfast was absolutely wonderful… omelette was delicious !!The room was all modern shower was awesome and fireplace was cozy and awesome 55inch swivel tv which could turn and be seen from bed or kitchenette💖highly recommended

Didnt like the fact that the pool was in a completely different building, no access to ice in my building, had to search others to find ice machine

When i booked the room it did not advise that it was in a side building off from the hotel - which is a motel. Firstly I am a women and travelling on business and I would never book that. When i get into the room the saftey lock on the door is broken which looked like it had been knocked off. The TV did not work my whole stay. I stayed for 3 nights and did get any room housekeeping the fist day the garbage was emptied and a bathroom towel removed. NO bed made no replacing of the coffee i used or making my bed. This was the full 3 nights of my stay absolutely terrible. I travel on business all the time and this was unbelievable.

The lighting around the property was minimal. It was dark and felt unsafe walking around the parking area and in between the extended stay and the hotel in the dark. Also there was a door into the next room with locks that were a joke. Both of these are fixes that there is no excuse for not being completed.

Room's space was too tight to accommodate 4 people with their luggages and personal bags. We couldn't move easily inside the room. I felt like the beds were Double not Queen as mentioned.
Cupboard can barely fit stuff for max. two guests.
Washroom was also so so tiny for the daily usage of four of us.
Room is too much pricey to the level of quality I was expected.
My room was just beside the Housekeeping storage room and the Pop machine, so it was so noisy area. People were smoking outside the room and couldn't open my windows for a fresh air.
Kitchenette area was good, with a mini fridge, coffe machine and microwave...i liked it.
Breakfast was ok, and staff was very friendly and nice.

We were in room 607, the phone did not work, the internet was on and off for the whole visit which upset the kids, the hot and cold in the shower were reversed, my 9 year old was screaming help when he was in the shower. (that should be addressed now) I told them when I checked out this morning. The pool was fantastic, the room itself was delightful and the breakfast this morning was great.
