This hotel is very convenient because it is very close to the station, but the air conditioner in the room needs to be turned on at the counter.

Wrong address pinned on **********. Though it says 24hr frontdesk service available, we arrived at the lobby at 4am, door was lock, the lights were off. We had to call the number pasted on the door, only to be answered by a sleepy man who can't speak English and we waited in the cold - 4 degrees Celsius - for 15 mins before they come and answer the door. Brought us to the room, the heater wasn't working - just awesome~ and the toilet was dirty, the shower head and shampoo bottles were all stained with dirt. Really bad.

The friendliness and kindness of the Vietnamese are extraordinary. You have to go for a trek in Sapa with people who live there, you won't regret it.
About the hotel, what can I say, it's raw, cold. A supplement was asked to me to have a room with heating. Hotel.com does not state this on their site. Just one night was enough for me...
