The front desk was awesome and helpful, but the price of the room was not that of a $100 per night $100 deposit La Quinta.
This location should be no more that $60 per night. Other than that there was parking for truck and trailer and everything was still there in the morning.

Toilet almost wanted to overflow after every flush…water was scalding hot and to get it to warm you had to turn the cold water knob barely an inch otherwise it would be ice cold. What was even worse was that contractors that were staying at the hotel
were allowed to take up 15 stalls amongst their 2 vehicles in the parking lot instead of parking in the back or somewhere else. Keep in mind we were staying in a handicap mobility room on the 1st floor where there are only 2 handicap stalls. If you only have 2 handicap stalls and 2 mobility rooms then once stall should be reserved for that room since yes we have a handicap placard. Makes sense right? Complained to the front desk and they said they are allowed to park their vehicles there. No empathy nothing. Best save your money and stay elsewhere.

It's a really nice place to be is just a little noisy. And it's close to the hospital where my family member is staying. The lady working at the front desk is very friendly.

The door key would stop working every time I came back in the evening and I would have to go back to the desk each time to get it reactivated. The hot tub was cooler than the main pool. The body wash and shampoo/conditioner both only half full and had dried product on the outsides of the bottles. The hotel map was confusing to read and there is not enough signage from each area to the lobby. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy I would have brought my own if I had known. Was definitely hoping for better. Oh well Hopeful my review helps the next person have a clear picture of where they are headed to if they book their stay here.

Had to change rooms because they couldn't get the key to work. Hot tub did not work. Sink did not drain. Refrigerator froze everything. Staff was wonderful but property definitely needs work

Comfy bed. That's most important. Property is old for sure. But not horrible. If you stay here, try to get a room off of the pool area. MUCH nicer than the room I got. The courtyard rooms have nice landscaping to look at, chairs outside of the door, and some have doorwalls. I got a room that felt like it was by the loading/unloading area. I thought the hotel was dumpier because of this. I took a walk around and the courtyard area was lovely. Wish I knew to request that. The breakfast is meh, but there is a Denny's right next door- walk to that. Denny's was stinky but better than hotel breakfast. Hotel coffee was great and available 24 hours.

This hotel was fine for sleeping and showering. The staff at the front desk was great at check in/out. Its an older property so some issues are expected, but our shower didn't really drain and our beds didn't get made during the day when the cleaning staff came by. Maybe a new thing hotels are skipping, I'm not sure.
