Dear Encantada Tulum, Thankyou for your wonderful hospitality during our stay. We had the most amazing holiday and celebration of our 10-year wedding anniversary - it could not have been better. The hotel was fantastic in every aspect. However, a business is only as good as the people working for it, and this is where Encantada really shines, thanks to the concierge team (Isabel, Oscar and Emily), but also everyone who works in the hotel was so friendly it makes a big difference. Talk about paradise. This place was the perfect getaway. Tucked away on the beach with 8 private rooms. With only a few guests to serve, the service was top notch. Super responsive and helpful staff. Isabel was fantastic. So were the rest of the team. Really made our stay perfect. Everything we'd customizable and tailored to us. Massages at the spa were 10/10. Food was fantastic. Drinks were delicious. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. We will be back!

We had our destination elopement at Encantada on the sea view deck. Mildred assisted us with the planning and was amazing in helping us plan everything from afar. Our elopement was more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. The staff was so helpful and accommodating for our day. The location was beautiful and the beach bar was wonderful. We thank Encantada for hosting our Elopement. It was a dream come true and we can’t wait to visit again.

The HONEYMOON of our dreams!!! Better than we could have ever imagined. We initially booked at La Valise hotel next door but due to unexpected noise we requested a room change and the staff kindly arranged for us to have a room at Encantada Tulum. We were over the moon to find out we were placed in an ocean-front room on the first floor. This room was well decorated, comfortable bed, and with the most beautiful view of Tulum beach. We spent 5 days lounging on the beach sofas, eating the delicious food, and enjoying the La Valise Spa. All of the staff were kind, courteous, and a pleasure to get to know. They even anticipated our needs and brought my husband an infusion of ginger and lemon tea when he was starting to develop a cold. Encantada was definitely one of the best Small luxury resorts we have stayed at. Already planning a return trip for our anniversary!

Perfect. Everything about our stay at Encantada was perfect. The only change we would have made was to stay longer. The property is beautiful and the staff truly make it a must stay location. My wife and I loved every minute of our visit and we will certainly return. Justin and Jeanette Shea

My wife and I visited Encantada Tulum in March for a few days away from our almost 2 year old and to celebrate a milestone birthday on a recommendation from another couple who had stayed here previously. This was the perfect trip for the two of us to get away and unplug. Encantada Tulum has a very intimate feel as there are only a handful of rooms and you are just steps from the beach. The concierge staff (Jorge, Elias, Abdiel, Victoria and Fabian) are all amazing and really made our stay special. They even left a little surprise in our room on my birthday. Everybody we met there treats you like family and really goes out of their way to make sure your stay is special. Everything you need is within reach and you don't need to leave the resort if you don't want to. We went on a day excursion through Primitive Xpeditions which we were able to set up directly through the resort (they have a host of activities and spa services you can schedule through the front desk) and the resort offers private transportation (additional cost of course, but well worth it) to pick you up and drop you off from the Cancun Airport. There is plenty to explore within walking distance of the resort and there are taxis that can get you more into town if you want to explore a little further out. We also made sure to take advantage of the relaxing yoga classes across the street at Encantada Tulum's sister property where you can use their pool as well if you would like. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely come here again. While you're here be sure to take at least one day to explore one or some of the many cenotes in the area.

This was such a great place for relaxing and enjoying Tulum. Right on the beach and not many guests (8 very large rooms). The look and feel of this place is special and makes you feel right at home. The whole team there is so friendly and especially Edi (one of the waiters there) was fantastic. (If anyone from the hotel reads this; please give a big thank you to him) Food and drinks were very tasty. Really enjoyed this wonderful hotel!! I'll definitely be back when I'm in Mexico.

We had a wonderful experience at the Encantada Tulum. Upon arrival we felt we were home. Special thanks to Isabel, she did a great job welcoming us and was very helpful with our reservations for other venues. We will definitely come back in the future.

Great stay! My wife and I stayed at Encantada for 6 nights for our 1 Year Anniversary and it was a great stay! The concierge staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. They immediately respond to messages and were able to arrange bike rides, ATV rental, dinner reservations, and spa treatments for us! The wait staff was also very personable and friendly throughout and you start to recognize faces the longer you stay. The room was lovely, well-kept, and they took great care of it and even left us little treats on some days. They went above and beyond for our anniversary and left flowers on the bed plus champagne as well as balloons to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday weeks prior. It's right on the beach and an easy walk plus wonderful breakfast view every morning and breakfast was delicious too! We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at radhoo hotel but went to encantadas beach club multiple times. Jose cauich happened to be our server both times and can I just say, he was the man. Super on top of it, cool as hell, and just great service all around. Thank you Jose! We had a great time at encantada!

One of the BEST hotel in the world!!! Great huge rooms. Very clean. Great staff. Gourmet breakfast. Perfect dinner. TOP beach.

What an amazing experience we had at Encantada! From the moment we stepped on to the property to the last minute, we felt like we were home. The rooms, food, view, and service were excellent! The staff were all incredible and made us feel like we were part of the family. Thank you Encantada, we would love to come back!!

Encantada is the most enchanting place— refreshing welcome (margarita! Mojito!) , knowledgeable, kind, attentive members of the concierge team, and of course the property: stunning views, well appointed and comfy rooms! Special abrazos to Fabian, Guillermo, Emily and Victoria!

Hands down one of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed at and highly recommended! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful (especially the concierge team). From dinner recommendations to suggesting which cenotes to visit - their help made this trip for us. The room was incredible. We stayed at the lower beachfront and being able to walk from your room directly onto the sand was exactly what we were looking for. The views were tremendous. And we also wanted to be close to everything, without being in the middle of the chaos… which this place nailed. Finally the food and drinks - both being absolutely fantastic. From the complimentary breakfast to the countless drinks we ordered - it was all amazing. Bottom line, if you’re considering a hotel in Tulum - look no further. This is a must.
