The only hotel in Tumen authorised to accommodate foreigners. Friendly staff. Mediocre breakfast. New city centre & overlooking to North Korea

The location is very good, on the bank of the Tumen River, very close to the border gate, on the other side is North Korea, and you can clearly see the buses on the opposite mountain road.
