離喀什古城非常近，步行不到十分鐘可到。白天玩累了隨時可以回酒店休整一下再出發。免費接送機也很方便，司機師傅熱情好客，中文很好👍

設施：很不錯
衞生：非常好，下午請保潔幫忙重新打掃了一遍
環境：離古城東門和南門都很近
服務：不厭其煩地幫我選房間，前台的小姐姐都很nice。隔天去的時候還幫忙存放行李

通過攜程積分兑換的一個房間。酒店位於市中心，離古城很近。房間不大，略顯侷促；不過五臟俱全，基本的設施都在。設施還可以，衞生還好。

房間衞生特別差 地上好多螞蟻 酒店服務不到位 我和我女朋友叫前台上來弄一下電視 兩個小時一個人沒來 每次都説等五分鐘 就沒來過人 電視也是要充錢才能看 前台的態度特別特別敷衍 打電話説了也不做 溝通還有點問題 有時候説的話聽不明白 上來打掃衞生 我女朋友有個袋子裏放了襪子就直接拿走扔了 也不知道看一下 新襪子就扔了…總之這家酒店從設施到服務態度都不行 強烈不推薦！！！

因桔子品牌及近古城，住了兩晚，有些令人失望：
1）入住時，前檯職員態度過份輕鬆，忘了給早餐券
2）開不到電視，經過職員檢查，原來是因接收器在櫃內，接收不了，要開了櫃板門，才可轉台，設計有點奇怪；
3）沖涼房去水不佳，因設計奇怪；
4）這個天時，酒店沒有冷氣供應，其實我們入住時氣温也不低，夜晚開窗，外面有車喇叭声，噪雜😐
要讚：
1）酒店職員有禮貌
2）早餐豐富
3）有自助洗衣，服務員供應足夠衣架，很好👍
其他各方面都滿意。

超級適合親子入住的新酒店
免費接送機:很方便 入住酒店的時候提前和前台説做個登機就可以 準時商務車接送
延遲退房至14:00點:適合帶娃家庭 哈哈哈
環境：就在喀什古城景區邊上 步行十分鐘左右 樓下可以停車
服務：前台和餐廳領班 阿里木小哥哥服務特別好 我們帶娃入住 給我們做了免費升房 哈哈哈
衞生：很乾凈
設施：新開業的酒店 所以設施維護都還可以
