位置非常好，就在古城主入口，門口就是法蘭西門，主要景點都在附近。距離火車站也不遠，步行可至。酒店本身就是個歷史建築，雖然很老了，但房間乾淨。前台、餐廳服務人員很熱情。

皇家維多利亞酒店，原英國使館，酒店位置一流，就在麥地那老城的入口處，不管是逛麥地那還是去老城都特別方便。由於是棟老建築，風光復古，電梯還是那種手動關門的，但設施略老化，房間不大，對於長途旅行來説洗曬不太方便。

房間還可以，要洗澡了沒有熱水，晚上9點，到前台説了，開了一點，很小。奇葩的是晚上涼水也沒有，馬桶都沒有沖，頭一次遇到。不推薦！

房間實在太老舊了！我的房間一個大衣櫃佔據了半壁江山。去看了朋友的房間，稍微好那麼一點點。淋浴的時候漏水，説有人來修，根本沒有。早餐極其簡單，品種不多，餐廳環境也是破舊。早餐服務員挺好的。
地理位置是優勢，能稍微加強維護維修就好了。
