Excellent location and excellent cleaning. Already a customer in the past. This time unfortunately there were some superficial details. I booked in December for three people (double bed and cot) and upon arrival I was told that they had no more rooms and I had to settle for a very small room with three cots and a bathroom outside the room. Second day I had to ask for another roll of toilet paper because only found one for three people. Poor breakfast, little choice, one day without sugar and one day without jams. Certainly compared to the first time disappointing.

When we checked in she told us that there was no breakfast available and that we had to check out at 8, which was not stated when we booked but there would be both breakfast and later check out. Also AC was supposed to be in the room but there was no remote control. Unfortunately, we were a little dissatisfied with the stay.

Essenzialmente non sopporto più le mensarde in generale e nella prenotazione non avevo visto che era una piccola mansarda , piccolissima senza finestre.
Zona Turate a me personalmente piace poco e senza auto o moto è veramente scomodo arrivare. Se avessi l auto comodissima a Como invece .
A parte la mansarda ci sono altre stanze magari migliori . Caloriferi non funzionanti . Ho acceso la ventola che emanava un aria strana e non sono riuscito a spegnerla . Scalini ripidi e piccoli per portare su le valigie. Colazione ok
