Tiana Beach Resort

This hotel is an absolute Gem ! The staff are Amazing from the second you arrive they are there for you and make you feel like your the most important ones there , the room was spotless and very very comfortable cleaned regularly, the food is good if your not a picky eater like me that being said my husband ate very well , Bar could do with more choices but the staff there are brilliant so much fun , Adem is a lovely guy you will find wandering around offering boat trips etc Take him up on them or you will be missing out they are fantastic and the price is the best ! The beach is a 30 second walk plenty of sun loungers you can take your drinks down there with you , we had the best time and will definitely be back !!

The hotel is clean rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. The beach is just a 2 minute walk through the back of the hote. The beach front leads you into the town which takes around 30 minutes where you can get some lovely kebabs .The food at the hotel was ok a bit repetitive and not much to choose from , they didn't really cater for kids maybe due to it being end of season . The snack bar was better on the afternoon. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Just to mention Ali and Hakan who always took the time out to have chat with us everyday and would recommend you do a boat trip on the Bona Dia you will have a great day . Would definitely return .

I stayed with my family for a week. Everything was very nice in the hotel. The hotel was by the sea. The staff working at the hotel were friendly. The food was very tasty. We will come to this hotel again next year.

Ailemle beraber beş gün boyunca beraber kaldık otel çok güzeldi denize sıfırdı yemekler çok lezzetliydi dünya mutfağından uzakdoğu mutfağından ve Avrupa mutfaklarından her gün değişen menüler vardı otelin içecekleri ***et kaliteli ve lezzetliydi personel çok güleryüzlüydü genel anlamda temizliği çok iyiydi odaları her gün temizleniyordu ve çok hijyenikti.

Very friendly staff, a lot of fresh food, nice drinks and clean rooms provided with fantastic service. We had stayed here for a week, and everything had gone perfect, without any major problems. Everyone helped us and tried to make our experience as good as possible. :)

We arrived at 4am after travelling for 10 hrs, to be told that there was a problem with our room and we would not be able to have one until 12pm the next day. We were showed to a room which was off site and told it was Tiana 2. There was no such hotel advertised. I insisted that we paid for a 10 night stay at Tiana and as they were expecting us the room should have been ready. The room we were given was not fit for purpose. Very dirty- walls, beds, bathroom. Cracked tiles, nails hanging out of tiles, nails sticking out of bed frame, stained sheets, hairs in bed, stains all up the walls, mould all over the tiles, dirty toilet, dirty floors, wires and sockets hanging off, not safe at all! There was a toilet rolls in the terrace outside the room, insects started to bite us so we left and carried all our luggage back at 4.30am back to the original hotel. The man at reception kept insisting it’s just for tonight and you will have a room tomor at 12. I kept saying that I paid for 10 nights and I won’t be able to even have My room to settled into and unpack and wash until 12 pm tomorrow. I was travelling Witjh 2 children we were all exhausted, thirsty and tired. We were not even given water and had to ask. We were given a dry piece of bread with a tiny slice of strange coloured meat and cheese. Considering it was all inclusive and we paid for a day but arrived early hours, I would have thought they would have been more considerate. The man at reception said he would change the sheets and spray the room. I refused and said we were already bitten and the children were scared. I said it was not what I paid for and agreed to. When I booked and paid for the holiday They had been expecting us so why didn’t they have the room ready?. This was not what I was sold when I read about and booked the holiday. I honestly just wanted to cry and go home. I saved up and spent so much money to treat my family and come away to relax but I honestly wish I stayed home. This is an awful way to treat people. I wouldn’t even give this 1 star.
