Maybe the last clean hotel in CA?! Super pleasantly surprised with our stay. Very affordable and extremely clean. Not posh or extra, just clean and comfortable- all I ask for!

IT TOOK 25 DAYS FOR THEM TO RETURN MY DEPOSIT!!!!!! Almost an entire month! When I finally got it, there was NO apology, NO stay 3 days and we will give you the 4th is free! NOTHING! We booked through ******* and we're Platinum Members! Still, they took $125 (the most of any place we've stayed)! And they don't put a hold --- it's an actual purchase, because a hold goes back in 24 hours! But when I called Peter (a boss) he was adamant the charge was returned! Two days later, after MORE THAN 3 WEEKS --- my account showed a pending deposit from this place for $125! Then get this . . . after a three day stay, we asked if we could checkout by noon? Makayla or Makenzie or whatever (the front desk worker who apparently credited another person our deposit) said checking out late would incur a charge! We got out of there by 10:59! I should have known because as we were checking in, (which was a 20-minute ordeal because the young Latino worker [no name tags] had to call his boss just to check us in) he was in a lengthy debate with a woman complaining that she was charged twice on her deposit for one room! We were seniors and asked for a ground floor room away from the freeway noise, the Latino worker said that is the room for ******* people! So no easy access room for us. During our 3-day stay, everybody was stacked on the same rooms on the side nearest the noisy freeway! We saw no one with rooms overlooking the serene pool area! Service after the sale is IMPERATIVE! Fix it!!!

This is a great motel. Check in was super easy, the lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Everything is new at this place, so the room was spotless. Air conditioning and WiFi worked great, plenty of hot water, and good water pressure. Highly recommended.

Please don't stay here if you want to get your deposit back in a reasonable amount of time and without a hassle. Even though I saw a review about this, I still chose to stay here and it was a mistake. Perhaps the problem is booking through *******, but here are the problems: Check-in was awful. Even though I booked and paid, when I got there I was told they didn't have the "kind of room I requested" and it was going to be hard to find me a room (even though they weren't full). I got a room and it was very clean (the one good thing about the stay). I paid a $50 deposit. They don't hold the payment; they put it right through. Then...you don't get it back. I've called and they said they issued a refund. My bank, however, says they did not. If I have to get a lawyer involved, I will. This place is super clean, but they have shady business practices. Beware!

Didn’t appreciate being lied to and given a bed smaller than what I had paid for. Supposedly, the clerk Josh said he had given me an upgrade. When I checked, it was a double than queen. Plus, the room was very small. Luckily, my bf and I stayed for a night. In the morning as we were getting ready to leave, we discovered housekeeping didn’t noticed there was a used lotion bottle by the bed. Definitely won’t be coming back

Super clean and quiet motel. Very recently renovated. Lots of free parking so there were no worries coming back to the motel in the middle of the night on New Years Eve. Quick drive from Disneyland and Newport Beach. Very clean and safe area. Keep in mind it's a no frills motel. No fridge or iron, but you do get a hair dryer and coffee maker. Bed is very comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

My stay was great, beds are comfortable, shower was hot and service was good. Definitely go back.

Updating my review. I initially left a 4 star review. I extended my reservation by ONE day and this new Asian lady working at the front desk intercepts me on the way to my car and demands ANOTHER DEPOSIT LOL! I told her they still have my deposit for the original reservation and she said it’s “processing”. Will update once I ask them to reactivate my card.

A hidden gem. Brand new motel. Laundry room available with brand new appliances. Beautiful clean swimming pool. Friendly happy front desk staff and management. Safe for families. Not your typical motel. The only downside is room is not serviced on a regular basis but if you ask they’ll clean/change sheets and give you towels. Rooms are small but it didn’t bother us.
