The service at this hotel was very good. We were not happy with our rooms but they went out of their way to accommodate us. The groups and setting within the palace are beautiful and the food at breakfast was fresh. They were happy to make anything on request. We didn't use the pool facilities but it looked welcoming.

Beautiful restaurant, superb location and ambience, excellent service and staff Compliments to the chefs for a wonderful and memorable meal, the best we had on our Indian holiday. Our waiter Lalu Ram was most kind and attentive. The food was delicious and so much to enjoy!

The experience is regal of living in a palace. The place seems to have waning relevance in the big picture of current times. But the service staff here is next level and makes you feel royal with all your de***ds met with a smile and in an instant. Food was awesome at Paantya and special mention of Kuldeep Rathore and Lalu Ram is in order for the brilliant personalised breakfast service we had at Paantya. All in all, wonderful overall.

The Food was amazing and the only thing lead us back to Udaipur for re-visit in Palli Khana Restaurant. Arabiata Spaghetti and Sunset/Pinkcity mocktails are go to tryouts. We came from Delhi and food is what amaze us. Special thanks to Sandipan for hosting and assiting with warm greetings and services. Thanks Udaipur for making our memories.
