Upon arrival, the hotel had incorrect information regarding the number of guests (they did not receive information about the accommodation of 2 children), the room was a worse category than what was booked. The hotel owner said that this is our problem, it’s like that in his system. The plumbing in the room does not work well, mosquitoes ate it at night. The view is amazing.

The location of the hotel is very far away from services and it was very hard to find it because there was no road signs,
In addition the room was literally freezing and I couldn’t walk on the floor and could not take a bath .
The pictures showed in the website were misleading and didn’t show real information about this place.

The hotel is amazing amongst beautiful country side, I would recommend booking a bungalow though as we stayed in a room & found very noisy as you could hear everything from your neighbours on both sides. If it was not for the poor food we would have loved to have returned. My husband was served an over cooked & far from tender steak. The meal was returned after one bite with apologies from the lovely waiter, a second meal was ordered which unfortunately was not much better. The quality & taste was very poor. Upon check out the owner despite knowing the problems with the food, still charged for the returned meal. He said they sometimes had problem with getting decent meat in Turkey & that staying in his hotel was more about the natural location. Overall very disappointed. The staff are to be commended but management unfortunately not.

This facility looks a lot like an italian villa with gentle italian music, beautiful night lights, superb dining, friendly and soft-speaking personnel. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, both in and out of the room. The guests seem to come here yearly and know each other, this brings an additional point to a family-like atmosphere. And one more detail: the soap in our room smelled heavenly)

Küçük ve sakin bir otel. Odalar ***et temiz, konforlu. Doğal dağ suyuyla meşhur bir bölge olduğu için hazır şişe suya ihtiyaç duymuyorsunuz. Havuzu da aynı doğal suyla dolduruluyor. Yüzmesi çok keyifli.
Dağların arasında olduğu için bölgenin kalanına nazaran daha serin ve sessiz.
Otelin restoranında Yusuf Şef ve Merve Hanım da harikalar yaratıyor. Malzemeler de oldukça kaliteli. Puanını kesinlikle hak eden bir işletme. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmeyi düşündüğüm bir otel.

Staff were super helpful with directions and even laundry. The place was relaxing and the food good. Breakfast was generous. I would return!

Manzarası çok güzel. Oda temizliği size ait. Biz girdiğimizde oda kirliydi her yer tozdu. Hatta 1 çarşafta lekeler vardı.kıyafet Dolabı yok. Banyoda raf yok eşyalarınızı koyacağınız yer sıkıntı. Her Oda konsepti farklı bizimki öyleydi. Eşyalar valizler hep ortada kaldı. Oda çok karanlıktı ferah değil. Aşırı sinek var. Odaya sinek kovucu takmama rağmen rahatsız ediciydi tedbirli olun. Havuz suyu aşırı soğuk. Ancak çok soğuk su seven girebilir. Tekrar tercih etmem sadece manzara için gidilebilir

Huzurun ve sakinliğin birleştiği bu yer Şehir hayatından , gürültüden , kirlilikten uzak tam bir doğa ile iç içe güzel bir yer . Konum olarak ulaşılması kolay . Ekim ayında konaklamamıza rağmen havuz bakımı oldukça iyi . Odalarda hijyene verilen önem gözle görüle bilir şekilde. Mutfakta ihtiyacınız olacak bütün malzemeler mevcut.Geç saatlerde ulaşım sağlamamıza rağmen bizleri bekleyip ve bizlere yardımcı olan Emre Beye çok teşekkür ederim.Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim 👌👍 Ve burada konakladığımda aklıma ilk gelen şu kelimeydi ; “Doğa bekçi ile değil, sevgi ile korunur” Emre Bey de aynen bu şekilde bahçeyi ve çevreyi korumuş gerçekten 🙏😇 This place where peace and tranquility meet It is a beautiful place away from city life, noise and pollution, surrounded by nature. Easy to reach location. Even though we stayed in October, the maintenance of the pool is quite good. The importance given to hygiene in the rooms is visible. All the materials you will need are available in the kitchen. I would like to thank Emre Bey for waiting for us and helping us, despite the late hours of transportation.l definitely recommend it And when I stayed here, the first word that came to my mind was: “Nature is protected with love, not with a guard” Emre Bey really protected the garden and the environment in the same way.🙏
