民泊。マンションなので部屋が広い。連泊するならめちゃくちゃオススメ。キッチンは調理家具はありませんが、料理するには十分な広さ。ポットもある。
浴室乾燥機もあるので、部屋置きの洗濯機で洗って翌日朝には乾いてる状況。
隣の音が聞こえる、上の足音が聞こえるとかもない。私は煙草吸いませんが、同行者は吸うので、ベランダで吸っていいのはよかったようです。
一個懸念点は看板がちょっと恥ずかしい。

This should be a good location and low price but its not pristine. In my stay there, there was orange stains inside the fridge, left uncleaned. oily dirt on the washing machine base, gel splattered on toilet walls.
I tried to check in before 4pm, but no one is answering the entry door buzzer. i called the number posted. and the receptionist said they are cleaning. However, The room doesn't look like it, only towels replaced and the the pillows smelled lime old sweat.
I hope cleanliness and service will improve.
