We arrived to spend a weekend in family. My husband had things to do and the idea was always to be in the hostel with the children. I spoke to ask if there was a paddler, they commented on me that yes, what they never told me was that the paddle was in renovation. We arrived on Friday and they comment on this situation, but it was only Monday to Friday and Saturday would be available early. I talk at early reception and they tell me that at 11 no longer at 9 would be available, after breakfast as I didn't see any movement, I decided to ask again and now they told me that there at 12:00. Then I told you to confirm me when the hostel would be available, as I wouldn't have children all morning waiting to get into the water (since they stood up, they put the bath suit), and finally to 3:00. In the face of total ineptitude by all the staff who never resolved anything and the lack of honesty, we made our bags and we went wasting half tomorrow. The rooms are very small, they don't have a cuna, the wallpapers were dirty, we wouldn't definitely come back.

The hotel is a well-located hotel and in very good conditions the rooms with balcony are valuable and have three beds you will have a beautiful view of the square , is full of historical objects , It could be a boutique hotel , but the mayor must work on the street security I had a terrible scare outside of the Oxxo , if they succeed in having security the hotels in the center are a good option and this if you ask for a room with balcony worth a thousand pesos , you will have a beautiful view, I share some pictures
