傢俱太老，床墊睡的硬棒棒的！隔音太差，啪啪聲噪音大！

房間挺大，位置也不錯，
床嘎吱嘎吱響，睡着不舒服，
前台業務不熟練，態度也不好，出門一趟房卡就刷不開，衹好下樓到前台，前台一點歉意沒有，説不能和手機放一塊容易消磁，我可是兩個口袋分開放的。然後，第二天又刷不開了。
辦了入住在房間睡覺，房門被人突然打開，再然後前台打電話問是不是已經辦了入住，真是奇葩，管理之混亂。
更奇葩的是，入住從付款寶刷了200按金，18號離店説是會原路退回，21號想起這酒店的奇葩服務，不放心，看下付款寶果然沒退。打電話去才退了。如果我沒查沒打電話，是不是就沒了？

以前服務都很好，這次帶朋友入住發現有一部分包給了私人經營，吧枱分成了兩個，私人承包的那組吧枱服務入員，業務不通，態度還極差，嚴重影響這個酒店的聲譽，兩個吧枱把客人也弄暈，差極了

連續二年去新疆都入住這家酒店，環境安靜舒適，大堂一樓有個超市，買東西方便，再往外走就是熱鬧的商業街，購物吃飯都方便，去博物館也近，對面一家小店的饢非常好吃

酒店在石油學院院內， 比較安靜，環境也不錯，安全性很高，酒店服務也很周到，尤其是前台謝莎同志，很能設身處地的為客人着想，很有禮貌，衹要碰見了都會熱情的打招呼，感覺很舒心，以後每次出差必住的酒店。

深更半夜2點多，夜聽敲門半小時、致電前台問緣由？夜半八人來住宿，搞錯房卡開門試，可憐失眠近五點，清晨前台尋服務、一臉茫然無所謂，服務貼心需換位，口碑用心提八成。

前台服務員，客房服務員服務態度差，房間內東西還不齊全，大床房一套浴巾，毛巾，刷牙杯子，我和男友衹能全部用一個，沒有擦鞋紙，吹風機像電燒了一樣。好好的十一旅遊弄的心情糟糕。一進門就發現床單沒換，簡直沒法睡覺，喊服務員來換，説晚上沒服務員換，就讓他們送了條床單自己換了。那電視和床頭枱燈還聯一起，關了枱燈電視就沒信號了，一開始找不到原因，讓她們上來調下電視，沒想到一直給我們吊臉，是調好了，出去，還重重的把門帶上，嚴重影響心情，電視看着都不想看了。最奇葩的是退房都一天了，晚上去其他酒店入住登記，他們竟然沒有退了我們的訊息，又打電話過去，讓退了，這邊新酒店才能入住，都不知道晚點辦事的，最不好的一次入住！！從不寫差差評的，第一次被氣到。好處是價格相對經濟一些，早餐不錯，服務質量，人員素質需提高！！
