Very good location nice staff but not everyone speaks English. Amazing breakfast buffet. Some rooms a little bit old but some really lovely. Hotel welcomes foreigners which is not so common in Xinjiang.

攜程上是五星，一進酒店就覺得老舊，辦入住告知收壓金，其它沒有任何交流，進電梯學智能方式刷卡上樓，卡完全無作用，鬱悶死了！第二天早上還沒起來就有清潔人員敲門，説清理（這是要趕人嗎？），電視無法播放，説網絡連接不上，房間裏有智能小度（又是學高科技），我與小度交流後確認早餐時間：6：30～10：30，在二樓用餐，我10點整下樓吃早餐，，而實際時間是：7：30～10點，餐廳在三樓，等我10點06分重新到達三樓時已經告知收台，沒有早餐了，服務員的交流方式完全是一副盛氣凌人的樣子，（包括前台接待員），整個過程就是一垃圾酒店，給1星差評我都覺得給多了，建議朋友們不要再住這個酒店，體驗直接為零！！！

位置方便，好停車，酒店內和周邊吃飯都方便。但服務太差了，前台很不專業，客房服務各種奇葩，房間設施老舊，承諾的植物園門票問前台也沒有。

服務很差，沒有經過同意把預訂好豪華大床房調整為普通單間，還不退差價，還説送果盤（一個蘋果一個梨子四個小西紅柿）就行了。完全差評。
