The first time I came to this hotel🏨 I also watched it online. The security guards in the park are very good. The waiters have a very good attitude. The cleaning is very clean every day. It is convenient to buy things downstairs.

I like the simplicity of the room design - it is clean and practical. The staff was very friendly, however they sent up a gift with a robot butler at 22:30 when we were already asleep. It was were confusing and frustrating, because we were anxious to get a good nights sleep before we catch our flight the next day.

The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities and equipment are high-end for this price! The hot water temperature is very good and the water is silky smooth. The service from the little girl at the front desk is enthusiastic, patient and meticulous. On the first night of my business trip in Urumqi, I checked into *** hotel near the train station. I asked the front desk to contact the travel agency for me. When I was traveling, I was ripped off by the front desk staff, so I was very hurt and chose to check out! The next day I chose to stay at the Hampton Inn Yuexiang. It was a very pleasant stay experience. It is highly recommended. It’s 👍 five stars! ! !

I thought the front desk was very considerate. As a result, we arrived at the 5f restaurant at 7:50 the next day. The restaurant waiter told us that the front desk had packed the breakfast in advance and let us go to the 46f front desk to pick it up. Then we went back to the front desk. The front desk told me that the breakfast placed at the front desk was Reserved for a travel agency! Let's go to 5f to eat again, my God, what kind of international joke is this, isn't this a joke? Are Ctrip users inferior? Can't you give us the reserved breakfast first and prepare two more? The front desk has no brains at all and doesn't know how to adapt! I didn't communicate well with the restaurant, which wasted the guests' time. The 46th floor of the hotel is the front desk, and the 5th floor is the restaurant. We just ran back and forth like this. In addition, there are many express hotels in the whole building, and the elevators are used frequently, which caused us to waste a lot of time! Finally, another front desk staff was called out, and after repeated communication, they finally gave us the reserved breakfast, but the eggs in it were raw. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very close to the Grand Bazaar and Hotan Second Street. The hotel is newly opened. The decoration is simple and fashionable. I like the style. It is also very clean. The hotel is equipped with a gym and laundry room. The facilities are complete. The windows You can enjoy the scenery outdoors, and when winter comes you can see the snow-capped mountains. The airport pick-up service is really attentive, the Mercedes-Benz business airport pick-up was well arranged hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. For friends who come from afar, this service is really touching and convenient. I give the boss a thumbs up 👍 Maybe because the hotel is newly opened, the rooms have the smell of newly renovated rooms. If the smell can be dissipated more, it will probably be an excellent choice next time~

Room was big and clean. Beds were big and comfortable. All facilities quite new. Only problem was the door of bathroom and toilet: not giving enough privacy (semi-transparent). Additionally bathroom's door was not well fixed and shower's water was leaking out into the room.

The hotel is very cost-effective and very nice. It upgraded to a suite with a bathtub and a projector. The children had a lot of fun. The aromatherapy system of the hotel is also very good. It is my favorite smell. The service of the hotel is also good, and there are companions. The welcome fruit plate is really the best hotel I have stayed in Urumqi so far. You can see the sincere smiles of the staff everywhere. The Fanghua Restaurant on the third floor of the hotel also tastes very good. I ate there twice in a row. Oh my god, I was very considerate and gave the kids French fries as a gift. The fish head tastes really good. I’m going to have another meal before checking out😁 Facilities: The rooms are all intelligently controlled by Xiaodu, and the projection is very clear. The children have a great time playing. All facilities are complete. There are robots to deliver meals. The parking lot is also very large. It is right in the hotel courtyard. It’s really is very convenient Hygiene: It is a newly opened hotel, the linen is perfect, and the bathtub is brand new. I told the front desk that I wanted to take a bath and they were given free bathtub film and bath salts. The children were very happy while taking a bath👍 Service: Let’s focus on service. Because I have worked at InterContinental Hotel for eight years before, my requirements for hotels are actually quite high😬. I have stayed in hotels in Urumqi many times. Most of them have good hardware and average service. The hardware with good service is average, and there are always failures in the hotel, but it is different here. The facilities and equipment are very new. Wherever you go, you can see the smiles of the hotel staff from the bottom of their hearts. I like to look around when I get to the hotel. I found some small flaws, but it does not affect the overall excellence. The safety evacuation icon behind the door is in the wrong room. This is a small problem. A small oversight, and the lower right corner of the screen after the projection is a little blurry. It should be fine after some debugging. Finally, although the drinks in the minibar have Xinjiang characteristics, it is recommended to change them (maybe I am tired of drinking from Xinjiang 😂 ) Overall, it’s a very nice hotel 👍. It’s a business trip to receive friends from the mainland. I stayed here for several days. Everyone is very satisfied. I have stayed in many hotels and really want to praise this hotel. I visited this hotel for a total of 3 nights over a couple of weeks. Each time I arrived late and left early. So to be perfectly honest I cannot give a thorough review of the Hotel and Amenities. Check in was smooth, checking passports and health codes delays things, but it is a necessary requirement at the moment. My rooms were spacious, comfortable and well appointed. I had views over the suburbs and one over the nearby buildings. Breakfast was good quality buffet on the occasion I was able to eat. A wide variety of food options to suit all types of travelers. Do not anticipate a big plate of Bacon if you are expecting a Western full breakfast however. Swimming pool was closed according to a disappointed travel companion.Downstairs bar area was often unattended. But there is a shop in the parking area just outside to the left, selling basic soft drinks and beer and snacks, if you cannot get bar service. Check in staff were friendly. Bed comfortable, but others in my group complained ”too hard” or ”too soft” that really is a personal preference. Location, there is a huge shopping complex literally outside the hotel, cross the car park and enter a huge complex (you will be on the 5th floor) that caters for almost any need that I could think of. Restaurant area and night spots were a 10 - 15 minute ride away in a taxi. But there was what looked like a night market and Plaza at street level outside the hotel. I never got to check it out. If I stayed at Urumqi again I would probably choose a cheaper place closer to the airport. When all I needed was a bed the extra travel time and cost is not worth it. If staying several days I would choose this hotel again. That is honestly all I can contribute.

The hygiene of the room is average. There are hairs from previous guests on the bed, under the pillows, and on the back of the bed. The sewer in the bathroom is blocked and drainage is slow. The hygiene of the bathroom towels is also average. There are a lot of hairs on the carpet in the room. During the Spring Festival, hotel catering was suspended, and the hotel or Ctrip did not inform guests in advance. As a result, the two-day breakfast for points redemption was not resolved. What I am quite satisfied with is that the front desk has a good attitude and is relatively proactive in handling the above issues. The hotel is adjacent to Wanda Plaza, which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
