Isolation phonique horrible (conversation téléphonique de la chambre voisine très clairement audible, portes qui claquent). Douche au lieu d’une baignoire Chiens “autorisés” SAUF dans le parc, dans l’espace bar, au restaurant alors que dans le parc, se trouvent des détritus au sol (mégots de cigarettes, paquets de kleenex, morceaux de plastiques ; mon chien est 1000 fois plus propre). La seule poubelle se trouve dans la salle de bain. La luminosité est nulle, on ne voit rien ! Seulement deux prises de courant dans la chambre et pas de prise multiple possible après demande à la réception. Réceptionniste limite mal aimable Design intérieur digne des années 60/70 et encore je suis généreuse ! Bruit de la route sympa quand on essaye de faire dormir un enfant en bas âge. Pas d’oreiller supplémentaire dans l’armoire. Odeurs pestilentielles d’égouts dans la salle de bain dès notre arrivée (avant que nous ne nous servions des toilettes je précise…) En bref, FUIYEZ !!!!!!

Hotel situado en la carretera de acceso a Puigcerdà, justo antes de entrar al núcleo de población. Está perfecto si vas en coche, pues dispone de un amplio parking gratuito exterior. La pega es si quieres ir andando al centro de la población, pues tienes que ir unos 500 mt por el arcén de la carretera y es bastante peligroso. El hotel es un poco antiguo, pero ha sido remodelado por partes y en general está todo correcto. Las habitaciones no son grandes, pero disponen de todo lo necesario. Están bien aisladas exteriormente, pues el ruido de la carretera es incesante. Tiene piscina exterior no climatizada, y un gran jardín-zona de juegos exterior donde con frecuencia celebran bodas o eventos. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado. Lo único malo es que el comedor está en niveles diferentes, y para servirte la comida tienes que subir/bajar unos escalones y es complicado especialmente si alguien tiene movilidad reducida. Magnífica la atención del personal en general.

-Si viajas a Puigcerdà en tren, el camino desde la estación hasta el hotel no es muy largo pero sí peligroso porque hay que pasar por la carretera de la nacional N-260, por donde pasan contínuamente coches y camiones. -Desde la habitación se oye mucho el tráfico de la N-260, que pasa justo al lado del hotel. -La habitación individual es amplia pero anticuada. El colchón es duro. No hay aire acondicionado y como la orientación es oeste-sur, en días soleados se acumula mucho calor. Si abres el balcón, se oye el ruido de la N-260. -El desayuno es poco variado y no se repone con frecuencia. -Las cenas son escasas y poco elaboradas, al menos para los huéspedes del hotel.

El servicio es maravilloso, muy cerca de varios sitios de interés como la zonas de ski Masella y La Molina; también muy cerca de Llívia y la Cerdaña Francesa. Las vistas del hotel son maravillosas, así como su servicio.
Se ve que están remodelándolo poco a poco y algunas cosas se ven muy lindas y otras algo antiguas; sin embargo todo es funcional.
Seguro volveremos!

Moyen dans tous. Jolie hotel point fort Propre Parking gratuit Ascenseur Réservation bien enregistrée Chambre propre et pratique Spa complet pour un hotel jacouzi et hamman et sauna Point negatif Personnel qui ne fait aucun effort en français parle très mal anglais également. Menu restaurant tres basique Les formules tous compris Sont mal colprise par ke personnel n'de l'hôtel obliger de réclamer un dessert compris de base dans le la formule Spa limitée a une heure dans la formule.
