Beautiful historic home. I stayed in the Lavender Room which has wonderful light and a recently renovated bathroom with large walk-in shower. Owners are friendly and offered good dining recommendations in the area.

We came from an amazing B&B in Brandon, VT the prior night and weren't sure what to expect. We were taken aback by the simple Victorian style of this place. It has a traditional feel and could be *******. We stayed in the Solitude room. It was cozy but my wife and I had to suck in our guts to pass each other moving around. Shower was nice and the bed was comfortable. The morning offering of a breakfast burrito was palatable and the host shared the history of the house and neighborhood. Not luxury accommodations by any means but it was an interesting experience and affordable.

Our king size bed, complete with ultra high-end spa sheets and duvet cover, was positively luxurious. The brand new shower with a head coming directly from the ceiling and one from the side, was also a joy. Our room was incredibly large and comfortable, with a full size couch, large television and lovely modern decor; we were disappointed that we were only in town for one night. The snacks, including my favorite seltzer, were available 24 /7 and the coffee was incredible. The innkeeper and her family are lovely and it was an all-around wonderful stay. The modern conveniences and other updates updates to the Rosemont Inn are tastefully Incorporated to retain as much of the old world charm as possible. Loved every minute of it!

Wonderful Bed and Breakfast! We stayed for 6 nights in the New Dawn room. I have never been so comfortable away from home. Rita & husband take such good care of you & your needs. The homemade breakfast is super yummy. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else

This place is a hidden gem! Rita is so nice and sweet! We were there during a snowstorm and she blocked the extra night for us! The food was amazing, she made my husband eggs every morning! She remembers everything We will definitely book here again!

The Rosemont Inn was the perfect place to stay during our visit to Utica. The beautiful, quiet rooms, delicious breakfast, and helpful hosts made our stay pleasant and restorative. The Inn is within an easy walk to the art museum and the Pratt Munson campus. Comfortable beds, nice bedding and fluffy pillows insured a good night’s sleep.

Everything about my visit here was incredible. I travel a lot for work and always have trouble sleeping in hotels. I slept amazing here. The sheets are so soft, the bed is so comfortable, the room was beautiful, quiet and calming. All the small touches around the house really make it feel comfortable and special. Loose leaf tea was available and as a tea drinker, this made a world of difference. The breakfast was outstanding and Rita was so accommodating. I can’t wait to return! Would highly recommend.

The entire experience from making the reservations, directions, being greeted at the door, hospitality, warm tea/snacks when we arrived, our sleep, rain forest shower, to gourmet breakfast was perfect. The house is beautiful, we were left to have our own time together but, hosts were available if needed. We will be traveling this route a lot and are excited to stay again! There’s an oasis in the center of my hometown, Utica, New York. It’s appropriately named the Rosemont Bed and Breakfast Inn. The rooms are both sophisticated and quaint. The food has a magic quality. It stayed warm to the last bite. The beds slept like home. Finally, the owner is wise beyond her years. Which makes the total experience, magic!!!
