Went last week for a week. Got in early. Staff and the two young waitresses are nothing but polite friendly professional well mannered, breakfast was fantastic, were were in the attic room 8. Perfect size, comfy beds, everything perfect. Always happy staff. Can tell the manager is a good bloke to work for. Whenever we go Alton towers this is always the first hotel we look for. Loads around the area too. Tesco's across the road and Waitrose, bowling cinema ice skating pub plenty of shops and a town centre. Alton towers 9m away. Highly recommended

We stayed here for one night , for a 2 day visit to Alton Towers. We stayed in the family lodge, located in the car park . It was very clean and spacious. Ideal for a family. Breakfast was included in the price. Very efficient, you pre book the night before and indicate what time you will be there . In the morning, you go to spacious dining room, where you can help yourself to drinks . The breakfast was delicious. Not massive portions, but just enough. Great location for Towers and value for money .

Served its purpose as a stay over for a trip. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Bathroom and beds could use updating. Convenient location next to lots of shops/ restaurants and the town itself.

Very friendly welcome. Main house is a little bit quirky but is warm and comfortable. Quite a few stairs but I think there are bedroom units in the courtyard area with no steps. Breakfast were very very good. Just fill in the printed breakfast forms, indicate your choices, state the time you would like to eat, pop the form into the little post box and just turn up the next morning and enjoy. Substantial portions ! The staff are friendly and it is extremely good value for money. Only glitch is the sound of the road traffic.

Second stay whilst visiting Uttoxeter Racecourse. Very close to course and wetherspoons for evening meals very friendly family rooms. Would recommend.

The location is perfect for Uttoxeter Racecourse. Lovely greeting on arrival and ample parking. Room, bedding etc. was clean but was in desperate need of some TLC
Breakfast was ok and staff were really friendly.
