The worst experience of the entire trip. A four-star hotel, but it felt like a guesthouse in a third-tier city. The facilities were extremely outdated, like something out of 1980s China. Much of the furniture was damaged, and the cleanliness was poor. The doors, floors, furniture, and locks all exuded cheapness. The room lacked almost everything you'd need; there was barely any furniture. No coffee machine, no kettle, and only a few napkins were provided. Most unbearable of all, there wasn't even a USB charging port. The refrigerator was crammed full, and everything was charged separately. Room cleaning was incredibly slow; it wasn't done until 3 PM, and we had to ask them to start. The front desk staff had a forced smile; I don't know how they got such good reviews! Ctrip should really warn guests to avoid hotels like this!

The hotel is clean and close to the main attractions. The receptionist is also very friendly. A taxi to the train station costs 7 euros one way. Overall, it feels good.
