We had a great stay here on our trip. Close to the bus station (only a 5 minute walk). The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us some guidance on the best cenotes to visit (plus taco recommendations). The free tea, coffee and drinking water was also a nice touch. The room was a good size with a very comfy bed, with aircon working well. Only comment was the shower didn't have the hottest water. Would recommend!

The advertising pictures don’t do this place justice, it’s much better than it looks. Just had 7 days here and no complaints. The room was very clean, spacious and light, 24 security and no issues with safety. 5 minutes walk to the centre square, free bottled water in the shared kitchen, quiet room. Nice private courtyard with greenery and small pool with loungers. At the front upstairs also a private balcony for guests. The staff have been super friendly and kind, they couldn’t have done enough to help us, so much so we’ve booked to come back. Would definitely recommend you stop here.

It was a good place to stay at for the night with the basic accommodations needed given that we were out all day and just needed a place to sleep. Bed's were comfortable and overall it was a good experience

What a great little hotel. Only 2 blocks from the bus station and super close to Centro, everything you need is conveniently located. The hotel is spotlessly clean and I knew it was gonna be a great stay when I was greeted with a full size bar of soap and wash cloths when I went into the spotlessly clean bathroom. The only thing that was a little iffy was the Wi-Fi but it really wasn't much of an issue since I was out of the room exploring the fantastic city of Valladolid. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

We stay in Casa Rosario for 2 nights in order to visit the ruins and the Cenotes in the area, overall rate: 7/10.
Pros: close to bus station, place is very clean and the customer service is excellent.
Cons: the whole building is pretty noisy, common area such us pool, garden and balcony are very small.
