Level Yaletown - Richards

I have been traveling for over 25 years, and my stay at The Level on Richards stands out among my top 10 experiences. The Level is situated in a central location with underground assigned parking, which is very convenient. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The apar**ent is well-maintained, and it has two large closets, which is a plus. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom has heated floors, which is especially nice during the winter months in Vancouver. I strongly recommend The Level apar**ents to anyone visiting the area. I would like to express my gratitude to Cesar for making my stay so special and making me feel at home.

During my extended stay at this hotel, I was consistently impressed by the attention and care provided by the staff. Cesar, Lizeth, and Ricardo stood out for their exceptional service. Cesar was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process seamless. He always had such a pleasant and joyful attitude. Which made me feel like I knew him for years. Lizeth and Ricardo were always available to assist with recommendations, showing a genuine interest in ensuring my stay was enjoyable. Aside from the great service the room itself was modern and had all the amenities I could need while I was at my home away from home. The staff’s dedication to making guests feel at home truly sets this extended stay hotel apart. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Cesar & the entire team at Level are wonderful! They show great hospitality and are always helpful. The apar**ent is comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Location is convenient, close to grocery shops, restaurants and public transit.

We came here to stay for our first 2 months when we relocated to Vancouver from the UK with our two cats. All the staff were absolutely delightful and made us feel super welcome and at home whilst we navigated our new lives. Ricardo was especially helpful offering advice, suggesting places to go and just generally checking in on us when we came and went with a genuine level of care. The room was exceptional - clean, spacious and a real home from home. Would highly recommend!

I've stayed with Level Richards multiple times on both business and personal trips. Each time I've stayed I'm always greeted by the wonderful César, and the rest of the concierge team. César always does the u**ost to make sure I am taken care of, and has the most wonderful personality! He is warm, friendly, efficient and so knowledgeable! The whole team in sales that I have worked with, including Ivan and Evan always do their very best to meet my needs and schedules, with their friendly, kind and proficient skills! The units are always super clean and comfy, and you could not find a better place in Vancouver. Thank you everyone at Level Living!

Very good location and close to everything. The roof top pool is amazing too! Friendly and helpful staffs , big shoutout to cesar ! We ‘ll be back next time if we ever get to visit Vancouver again in the future!

Fantastic location, incredible friendly staff and spacious comfortable rooms. I was here living at Level Richards for 3 months for work Oct - Dec 2023. We had a 1bed apt - modern light and spacious. Cannot fault the amenities, washer dryer in the room, mud room, balcony …. Just brilliant. Best was the staff who are top notch, friendly and make you feel at home. Bonus is the “farm to table” grocers just 2 minute walk, with fresh produce and open early to late. Level is etched into my Vancouver memory forever and would seek it out over any other brand or chain

Great place to stay right in the middle of Vancouver, everything you could possibly need around you. The apar**ent was well equipped and I spent many a night soaking in the hot tub and relaxing in the gorgeous sauna! Cesar and Maria on the front desk were always warm and friendly, absolute 5* customer service!

Among the best locations in the City, just a 7 minute walk to rapid transit to the airport and throughout the region. Great restaurants and shopping, close to the best Seawall Walk, parks, beaches and Granville Island, among many other sights, but the best experience was from the warmth and hospitality of the staff, always pleasant and helpful, led by Cesar's unending enthusiasm, leaving everyone with smiles on their faces. A little delight in one's day makes a huge difference.
