This hotel was great. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I asked lots of questions and they were more than happy to help. I felt welcomed and safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely use them again. Value for money and clean rooms. Very high standard and brilliant staff thank you.

I am a gold member of the hotel chain ans use the Group all over Europe, this hotel was the worse I have ecautered. I booked for 3 night and the Room was not made or clened for 2 days in the row. Staff helpless - They lazied about at the reception, and have very little care of clients, I have notified that the room was not made twice on separate dasy, but no one cared about it. Staff do not speak English at all. I have included, by mistake breakfast on the departing day, but I left the hotel at 4:00 to the airport, no discount was make or anything was prepared anyway, this is after I mentioned at the night shift staff that I was leaving at 4:00, and he said that a coffe and a small croissant would be available.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 week stay at this location over the holidays. The room was comfortable for me and the small fridge and microwave and laundry in lower level was very convenient. I did not cook in the room, just reheated leftovers sometimes. The room was very clean and for me, weekly cleaning was sufficient. One can pay extra to have more frequent cleaning. The staff was excellent and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a strike the whole time I was there. The strike made it more difficult and time consuming to reach the city center. However, I managed it everyday (between 45min-60min each way). The buses were very very crowded often, but being on my own made it manageable. If you are with a family, it would have been harder to squeeze into the buses. The location was very quiet at night and I liked that. There is also a metro station nearby and a grocery store within a 8min walk. I stopped there often, it was very convenient. Traveling alone, I was concerned about safety. However this location was very safe, even at night. There is a police station around the corner. There was a bus stop within a 3 minute walk. I would stay there again for the same price, but next time, I might stay closer in and spend a bit more money. The bathroom was nice and I was provided 3 clean towels (one hand towel and 2 bath towels). They were of sufficient size but typical European, thin towels. I had brought one of my own just in case but never used it. The wall mounted heated towel rack was excellent. I was able to hand wash some items daily and using the rack, they dried within 20min. Loved that! Finally, there is a coffee machine in the main lobby and that was very convenient. I did not purchase the breakfast though. For the price and safety and service and amenities, I thought this place was excellent.

Terrible experience and Do NOT believe their pictures. Dirty, smelly, careless management and worse reception service. The reception is always chatting with other staff or pretending she/he is busy. The only smiles received you can get is house keeper, reception staff makes sure you get a long face every day, walk out/in from the entrance. This hotel has a long contract with a Chinese telecom equipment company (some Chinese guests during breakfast told me), and this Chinese company contributes many bookings. Assume this is the reason why management and reception are so arrogance and careless, because they are ”safe” from guaranteed bookings, what do they care about quality and improving service. As I refer those negative comments posted before, they don't improve at all. Took some pictures while stay, being a Accor member, will definitely send to its headquarter. I don't know why this hotel dares to claim as 3 stars hotel. What a shame. Even 1 point is too much. 非常糟糕的體驗,不建議浪費金錢在這裡,糟糕的前台服務人員,非常噁心的廁所味道,以及不夠確實的清潔服務。
