The location is complemented by excellent services. The only issue is the ongoing construction work in the vicinity. The staff is friendly.

The hotel is at a very convenient location , walking distance to the *** attraction of Varanasi. , the Kashi Vishwanath temple and a lot of eateries, shopping right around the hotel. The hotel staff are nice, big rooms, all convenience in the room. Definitely recommended for the location , but at the moment there was the trolley construction going on , once that is over and ready this hotel is very good to stay .

The location is excellent and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are big and It's clean. Breakfast has a good selection. Close to Temples and Ghat.

Attending the Ganga Aarti added profound spiritual depth. This isn't just a hotel; it's a sanctuary where every detail fosters inner peace and renewal. Highly recommended for families.

The overall experience was better than at other hotels in the area, but a few top tips could be given: 1…Western people will normally expect clean betting when they arrive for their stay. 2…Turn the fridge on in the restaurant and put the drinks in it - it will make them cold. 3…Almost every foreigner will not want hot milk on their cornflakes. Fresh cold milk is the way forward. 4…When you are putting clean covers on duvets, laying them out on the dirty carpet at the top of the stairs will be contributing to them being filthy. 5…Cleaning the side of the staircase would make it look clean and more attractive. 6…If you are never going to stock pasta, please remove it from the menu. Our pasta connoisseur was disappointed every evening. 7…Aiming to serve all your guests’ meals together would allow them to eat together, like when people go to any other restaurant. 8…Employing some women might help with most of the above. They could teach the men most of the previous points.

The Location of the Hotel add glory to the stay. Restaurant and in room dining services are excellent. Staff and management are very cooperative and humble.Rooms are neat and clean with good cooling ***** with freshness.
