Stayed beginning of June for 4 nights with my granddaughter. Perfect location for visiting all sights in Venice. Excellent and attentive staff - very comfortable room and bathroom . Highly recommend

Really great experience. Very helpfull personnel. They helped us as much they could and made our vacation in their small and cozy hotel very comfortable. Warm croissants for breakfast, salaami and cheese and coffee made specially for you. Thank you for your kindness and for the rich breakfast package on the last morning when we had to leave early in the morning. We enjoyed staying in your house and can reccomend you for everyone who likes authentic Venetian interior design and a homely and peaceful atmosphere.

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut. Aber es war eine Gelsenhölle. Wie haben keine Minute geschlafen und sind von oben bis unten voll Gelsenstiche. Alleine in meinem Gesicht habe ich mehr als 30 Stiche.Der gelsenstecker auf den wir am Tag danach aufmerksam gemacht wurden, war leider ein sehr schwacher Trost.

Locanda molto carina, pulita e tranquilla: ci sono solo 7 camere. Letto comodo. Camera silenziosa. Colazione buona. Personale gentile, discreto e disponibile. Siamo stati benissimo. Lo consiglio a tutti. Spero di ritornarci il prossimo ottobre.

Siamo stati a Venezia per il carnevale e abbiamo apprezzato molto la locanda. Si trova in una zona di Venezia ottimale: tranquilla, lontana dal caos del centro troppo affollato, ma allo stesso tempo in una posizione comoda che ti permette di raggiungere in 20 minuti a piedi piazza San Marco. 20 minuti non sono molti nè pesano, perché camminare lungo le vie della città è piacevole, oltre che magico. Puoi ammirarne tutti gli scorci, la storia, i localetti e i negozi. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, e anche se non sono sempre presenti nella locanda, rispondono celermente al telefono e raggiungono il luogo subito al tuo arrivo. Le stanze sono molto carine e pulite, arredate in stile veneziano e caldissime, il bagno nuovo e ben fatto. Buona anche la colazione, considerando il fatto che altri locali non la incudono. Rapportato tutto al prezzo, la consiglio!

Adoramos a estadia. Um hotel pequeno numa rua tranquila e silenciosa, mas perto de tudo. Quarto limpo e bem arejado. Banheiro de bom tamanho. Café da manhã simples mas de qualidade. Staff muito simpático e atencioso. Voltaremos com certeza!

Nous avons loué dans cette hôtel plusieurs fois sans jamais le regretter. Emplacement,confort,joliesse des chambres... Accueil sympathique, dans tous les cas. Quartier d’un grand calme à peu de distance de tout ce qui fait Venise.

Excellent emplacement. Dans Dorsoduro. Du charme dans toutes les chambres Le calme parfait à deux pas du centre (trop) touristique. Un accueil chaleureux. Nous y sommes venus plusieurs fois, et ne pensons pas changer d’hôtel.

Finalmente il desiderio di visitare Venezia si è avverato dopo mesi di annullamenti causa covid. B&B inarrivabile verso i concorrenti viste le interessanti condizioni economiche. Posizione strategica a 10 min. da Accademia e 20 min. da S. Marco. Camera piccola arredata con gusto del '700 veneziano. Bagno spazioso e pulito. Personale discreto e gentile. Da tenere presente.
