I don't like to give negative ratings, but this is it and that's why I want to clearly explain the reasons and clarify that it is a rating that could be better**** especially when it comes to architectural arrangements with a bit of interest. It was a stay for 3 adults for 7 nights. Let's start with the positive. Competitive price, cleanliness and location since it is a twelve-minute walk from San Marcos Square; 6 minutes from the Gardinale Garibaldi stop and 7 from ****nal, it is very interesting because from there you can get to/depart from/to a vaporetto to Marco Polo airport. And now, the least good. Upon arrival they gave us a room for 2 people. We asked for explanations and shortly after they offered us a room with a double bed and an anteroom with a very large sofa bed, which was not ready, to the point that the receptionist did not know how to open it and, yes, he brought us completely bedding. new. We quickly went out for a walk and upon returning we realized that the toilet cistern was not working. We were offered another room change again but the next day. We decided to stay (it was quite late) and wait for it to be fixed the next morning, while we found a temporary solution by removing the outer cover and checking that it worked manually. The truth is that when we left everything was still the same, without any repair. On the afternoon of the second day we also observed that a trickle of water was running incessantly in the bidet and that the floor lamp did not have a bulb. The second was fixed but the first, never. Other things that didn't work: the electric towel rail and the clothesline in the bathroom. Broken things: toilet paper holder, the plastic bathroom chair and the shelf under the bathroom mirror. Other complaints: very noisy air conditioning/heating; there are no international channels (in a language other than Italian) on the TV; Except for the last day, they never refilled gel in the bathroom (every day I go to the reception to ask for it from some amazed receptionists every day). All this contrasted with excellent treatment from those receptionists. On the positive side, an interesting price (for Venice) that included breakfast, but, on the other hand, it was very poor, without a bread heater. An anecdote: one morning the orange juice was sold out and we were told that they were not going to replenish it (?) even though there was at least an hour before breakfast closed.
