Charming Venice Apartments

This is lovely two bed and two bath condo with a view of the canal from every room. The master bedroom has a small balcony with two metal chairs so you can sit and watch the gondolas go by. Watching them with a cup of coffee was my favorite morning activity. Intermittently waking up to the songs sung/music played by musicians on the gondolas was lovely. The apartments are hosted in conjunction with Hotel Bruno and the service is impeccable. We checked in with them over a welcome juice and they walked us to our apartment. Issues we had included automatically changing water temperature in the shower preventing ability to complete a full shower with hot water. I mentioned to Hotel Bruno and they attempted to fix it but the problem persisted. They were kind enough to compensate us for this and have told me that the issue (pressure related) is now resolved. This accommodation is a 10/10 for location, property, view and service. We would absolutely return.

Wonderful apartment for a family of 4 to stay in. Check in was easy, and the receptionist was kind. Everything was convenient and comfortable. There were some ants on the floor from the terrace door to the kitchen. That was the only negative. We enjoyed the location and the space this apartment offered.

The apartment was in excellent condition, everything was OK. The place is great with a perfect view onto a canal crossing. What I was missing where mosquito screens on at least some windows especially in the bedroom.

Stayed in apartment V20 run by Hotel Bruno. The staff at the hotel were fantastic - kind and helpful. The hotel is on a bustling street with everything you could need. We were taken to the apartment just a few minutes walk away in a quiet courtyard entrance. Couldn't have been happier with the apartment. Beautifully laid out, everything you could need, stylish and clean. It overlooked a canal and it was a joy to sit watching the gondolas pass by. Very happy and hope to return again.

AC and hot water was not working! I thought that for the price would be better

This apartment was absolutely Great! There are a few stairs just so you know 2 flights up. It was quiet, comfortable, clean and in a great location. I can't remember what I paid for it but I would have paid more and stayed longer. It has a main level kitchen/ family room with fold out sofa and an upstairs bedroom that has another flight of stairs to an awsome deck looking over the venice roof tops. See photos

The property was very conveniently located to all main attractions of Venice. The rooms are spacious. It was very clean and everything was in order. Highly recommended.

Lovely clean apartment situated right on a canal and 3 mins from either Rialto Bridge or St Mark’s Square. Good customer service (we originally booked for April 2020, but we’re allowed to carry over voucher for 2 years due to pandemic. Comfortable and well equipped, albeit nothing fancy, but reasonably priced for the location

The staff is very friendly. The location is great.
