The check-in process is not smooth. I filled out the emailed form weeks prior. Noticed that they would email all the codes for doors and gates ONE HOUR prior to check in. I emailed asking if I could get this info a day early because I was driving from a great distance and wanted the info prior to me standing at the gate searching my emails. I'm a mom with two teens in tow and wanted a quick and smooth check in given the area. NO response and then frantic emails about no selfie was submitted and the credit card I was using was not processing. Just extra stress while traveling and would have been handled better the day prior to arrival. Place has thin walls, could hear the conversation upstairs word for word. Parking is two blocks away, BLOCKS not streets. Not great at night to be walking back from the parking garage while homeless are wandering about. Kitchen is poorly stocked. NO oven mits or hot pads, no dish towels just paper towels, no baking sheet or baking pan. Dishwasher didn't work well. A bag of ice in the freezer that was a block of ice cubes that fused together. Bathroom needs a good deep clean on the tile floor, the grout is dark black in the center of the room, the sides it is a lighter tan. Tiles missing, bathtub needs to be re -chauked. The high tub was not easy to get in and out of for the shower. Towels are basic hotel grade. Would benifit from some nice bath rugs in the bathroom. Twin beds are the couch in the living room.
