The room was very basic You go here for the spa which has all kinds of thermal trea**ents and the lovely town, Bagno di Romagna.

Un Oasi di pace per il corpo e per la mente. Siamo arrivate il giorno 14 di Aprile.. un bel caldo quasi estivo... l'accoglienza straordinaria, cortesia e disponibilità da subito... le camere rimodernate nuove molto confortevoli.. la piscina all'aria aperta visto il clima caldo.. ci cambiamo per la cena e qui il top ....cucina varia abbondante ...si mangia molto bene... complimenti... il giorno dopo una bella colazione salata e dolce... siamo andate nella Spa... molto bene organizzata con le due saune ed il percorso kneipp... e la piscina idro... tre giorni incantevoli grazie a tutto il personale a Sabrina della sala ristorante molto professionale se dobbiamo dare un voto è 10 grazie a tutti

Avevamo bisogno di qualche giorno di relax e ci siamo riusciti soggiornando alle terme di Sant' agnese. Tutto perfetto, dalla camera da letto al ristorante, dalla gentilezza dello staff allo splendido percorso del centro benessere. Ringraziamo in particolare la sig.ra Deborah della reception e la bravissima massaggiatrice Sara Guerra.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Piscina esterna era ancora coperta, data la stagione, ma faceva abbastanza caldo da prendere il sole fuori. Hotel ben tenuto, ottimo lo stato manutenzione. Personale gentilissimo. pasti con buffet assistito con secondi di carne o pesce, abbastanza scelta, unica cosa avrei preferito una maggiore varieta di contorni cotti e caldi. Il servizio a buffet è una ottima soluzione, permette di farsi servire in base alle proprie esigenze. Unico problema. I piatti non sono espressi. Quindi una delle sere il pesce era un po’ asciutto.

Buongiorno mi rivolgo alla direzione dell'hotel sono stato dal 16 al 19 aprile 24 Ed ho riscontrato che in effetti cone altre recensioni scrivono, da parte del personale della reception poca professionalita' e un atteggiamento arrogante quasi maleducato. Il tutto e' in controtendenza con l'hotel in generale buona struttura ottimo cibo e camere pulite, spa davvero molto buona e ottima accoglienza da parte della ragazza che ci ha spiegato il percorso. Non e" il caso di provvedere a risolvere questi problemi anziche' arrampicarsi sugli specchi di fronte a delle critiche che dovrebbero servire a costruire un rapporto migliore tra cliente ed hotel??? Hotel pulito e personale accogliente. Cucina e personale della ristorazione ottimo. La spa funziona molto bene ed è pulitissima. Unica pecca il personale della reception un po antipatico. Abbiamo soggiornato in camere standard comode e pulite. Non mancava niente. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo

Scappate non pensate di prendere un pacchetto e poi avere problemi di qualsiasi tipo, alla reception neanche vi parlano la risposta eè sempre la stessa: “no” personale sgarbato, saccente, maleducato,. Unico pregio che fa salire ad un pallino è la ristorazione con personale gentilissimo e premuroso. Servizi nella norma ma blindati alle loro regole che non tengono conto dello stato di salute delle persone.

Hotel con personale disponibile, pulizia degli ambienti buona, qualita del cibo molto buona e durante la cena un eccellente musicista ci ha accompagnato con il pianoforte durante la serata.possibilità di uso di piscina termale e percorsi ternani nella spa.
