Got a suit and it was filthy, arrived at 4am and couldn't change rooms i til 8:30 the next morning. Then they charged us the price at the hotel Insread of off the website I originally used, was outrageous

I had a wonderful experience on my stay. The place is nice and cozy. Great ladies who run the place very nice and helpful. For an ocean inn it is great. Yes you will have sand in places you can’t get to but that’s part of the beach inn experience.
I would highly recommend staying with them.

The property is old, but for the price, it has everything you need. The pool is nice, the beach is very close, and the front desk very helpful. The rooms are large, the bed was good. The AC needs updating, because it caused a bit of condensation on the curtains. It’s not fancy but it has everything you need for a low budget.

This is the first time we have ever left a property in the middle of a stay. The room was dirty our sheets, pillows, curtains, floor, everything. They did give us a new sheets to change ourselves (which were also dirty). Our lock had been busted in before and not fixed. The hotel was not secure from people walking in off the street. It was loud with people yelling in halls. Did not feel safe keeping our kids there at night. It was not as close to the beach as we were lead to believe and looked nothing like the pictures. I will say the staff was friendly and did let us out of our reservation. I would not recommend staying here.

This is the worst property I've ever stayed at. The floors were dirty the pool was dirty there were ants in the kitchen and living room. The baseboards were gross there were spiders in the bedroom on the ceiling obviously it hadn't been dusted for quite some time. There was also rat poop or some kind of poop as we come in the front door to the room. There was no breakfast as stated in the ******* room description

This hotel is small, rooms are ok but a little crowded. You are charged a resort fee for a tiny pool and corn hole toss. I wouldn't stay here again. The sunset view is of power lines and old homes.

Dirty hotel room and elevator. Room door looked like it’s been broken into before and never fixed. Bugs crawling on walls. Dirty sheets. Dogs barking all night long next door. Mold and mildew on curtains and ac unit. Musty smell. Overall worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in.

Our room was clean, the mattresses were comfy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Office did not open until 8 am, so calls before that were not answered. The hotel is very old in in desperate need of upgrading, should probably be completely gutted. There was a rusty vent, cabinets were chipped, no fan in the bathroom, no mirror in the room. It was very close to the beach and convenient to restaurants, but was very disappointed for a room that was almost $300 a night.
