We liked the convience of the location for where we were going around Verona area and Madison. For our 4 day stay there were not alot of dining options close by. Breakfast was average but did have it every morning.
Did not like that the trash in our room was not picked up when we had a 4 night stay even though we asked. We also had to ask for towels when we thought staying 4 nights we would get fresh towels at least twice without asking. Did not understand the $75 fee for any incidentals and so far it has not been added back to our card.

Clean, nice staff - met expectations for a simple, lower budget overnight option. (Unfortunately I overpaid but it was parents weekend last minute). For a reasonable price I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Will not stay at this location again , poor desk service, clean towels unavailable, breakfast very limited to cereal or toast, pool not available, noisy guests, dirty carpets ,etc.

Nice rooms, accessible location.
The only problem is that the breakfast was very minimal. It was unimpressive the first time I stayed here a year ago and it's gone FAR downhill since.

The staff was friendly but absent from the desk most of the time. We had paid for the booking (2 nights in early September) and were surprised that they asked for our card to "verify" something.
That night we saw a charge for Hulu on our statement for $8.43 so we assumed it was for TV/wi-fi related and didn't think too much more of it.
However, 3 days after our return home we got a call from our bank that there was a suspicious charge for $73 and some cents for Apple Music out of California, wondering if we had made this charge. Of course we did not and so the bank refused payment and we had to have a new debit card issued.
I don't know if the hotel staff was responsible for this charge, or another of the two businesses we attended. But since the additional Hulu charge seemed suspicious, we would appreciate if it could be checked into. We can not call the hotel directly so that is why we are reporting it here.
