Maybe the nicest hosts in Verona, family run place, slightly outside of town but very easy route in at 2 euro per trip. Breakfast was a slight disappointment given the UK pallet of bacon, eggs and sausages but that is arguably true of all of Italy and the sugar-filled continental breakfast, so hard to hold that against the sublime backdrop. Only actual negative is that we were too young to stay there by about 30 years, would happily stay again once I retire. Genuinely lovely spot/ people / pool etc. but just not enough atmosphere for the sub-60 generation.

From the moment you go through the gates it’s breathtaking. Such a warm and welcoming arrival from Manuela and the team. Well maintained gardens and pool. Well adequate rooms. Stunning views and sunsets from the beautiful balcony in room 21. We didn’t have breakfast, but you can add this for an additional cost pre booking the day before. Plenty of secure parking inside underground in a garage or next to reception. A 40 minute walk to the city centre or you can drive in and park at ****nale which we found was the closest(11 minute walk from there) Or you can catch the bus from outside the apartments. Overall a safe haven after a busy day exploring.

Me and my family stayed at this amazing place for 5 days. Chiara and her family is so kind and very helpful - we felt very welcome. The place and surroundings is very beatiful. The apartment we stayed in was large and very clean. It is also close to Verona city centre. We will for sure come back again😊.

We were visiting Verona with our baby daughter, and this place was perfect for us. It's a lovely, professional, family-run business with a real sense of pride. We found the location very much to our liking, it's quiet, peaceful and right on the river. There are regular buses into the city centre or a very nice riverside walk to the centre which ought to take most people about half an hour. The room was spotless and very well appointed, with good water pressure in the shower, underfloor heating throughout and a very comfortable balcony, with a small kitchenette, with a washing machine, which we wanted for our baby. Breakfast was excellent, very reasonably priced, considering the quality of the food, and highly recommended. We didn't have a car, but there is gated parking at the property. Our flight was delayed by four hours, meaning that we arrived after the shops had largely closed, but Chiara was kind enough to give us a bottle of milk for our daughter, and to help us order food in, which was highly appreciated. We stayed for one week in this beautiful hotel. 2 bedroom family suite was great because there was 4 adults and 2 children on this trip and we wanted to stay in the same apartment but have enough privacy. The garden of the hotel is an absolute piece of art. Pool are was nice and breakfast was great (a lot of fresh fruits, local pastery etc). The whole staff was amazing - Manuela and Chiara were so hospitable, sweet and helpful. We love to spend our holidays in these family owned, atmospheric hotels. There is a big chance that we will come back to this hotel. There was a lot of parking space (and even a parking garage and lift to the rooms). We loved to spend our evenings by grapping pizza from near by pizzeria and playing games outside in the garden. Neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Walk to the center of old Verona takes around 25-30 minutes but you can have a bus or taxi as well. Hospital is near (our baby boy got ill). Only negatives are that there isn't possibility for a lunch/dinner in this hotel but the nearest market and pizza restaurant is about 10 min walk. Also soundproofing wasn't the best because we heard quite a lot of noise when people/cleaner were moving furnitures upstairs. This only bothered because we tried to sleep our child. We made day trips to Venice (1h30min drive) and to Garda/Sirmione (45min drive). We were here on September and the weather was great (around +25c). There was only one rainy day in the end of our 7 day vacation. After that, mornings turned very cold but during the day there was still warm. Overall a well kept, beautiful hidden gem that melts your heart. Thank you Ca Dell Orto, thank you Italy! Toni, Petra, Amos

Cleane and Nice rooms. Lovely garden. Clean pool. Buss stop close by, so easy to tavle by train as the bus runs to the train station. 30 min walk to Arena de Verona. 6 min walk to closest food shop. Friendly and helpfull owners.

This was absolutely amazing and the service was so nice and the garden is very good for every ages we loved it I will recommend this place for everyone it’s amazing good breakfast and also good location you can also rent a bicycle it’s so wonderful thanks.

We came here for a week and absolutely loved it, this is a family property and the service is really good! We would definitely recommend this and hope to come here again. This is clean and the garden is like paradise with a great pool wich we all use very much

First trip away for far too long and found this absolute hidden gem just outside Verona centre. From the moment we arrived we felt at ease with such a warm welcome. The gardens are stunning, the pool is amazing, rooms are lovely and this family run accommodation exudes tranquility. Highly recommend
