It is not suitable for a family with kids. There is no bathtub. It is not really clean in bathroom. The indoor swimming pool is small.

After a long and stressful day, our hotel room was an oasis of peace and comfort. The room was immaculate and the staff were especially great in making sure our stay was the very best. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Had to stay as my son was rushed to the hospital and we live on Salt Sspring Island. They were very caring and emoathetic, and exyemding my stay in the same room was not an issue at all, when my son had to go into surgery.

Great place to stay. The rooms were large and clean. Beds very comfy! The breakfast offered was amazing and the staff there was also so accommodating.

It was a little noisy on the Wale Road side of the hotel, but not the hotel's fault. Otherwise all great.

Clean rooms and good beds, good price, and breakfast included is a plus, but it needed to enlarge tables capacity for breakfast, it was hard to find a space in the morning.

The walls where thin could hear everything the rooms were so dark the main light was dim.but was clean and fresh

Nice facility, pool for kids, great location close to Langford, Victoria General Hospital and easy access to downtown.

Second time staying here, it’s clean and beds are pretty comfortable, also staff was very accommodating about me checking in a lot earlier since I was visiting from out of town.

My sister was visiting me so we stayed for one night solely for the pool but didn’t end up using it because it was covered in algae and looked disgusting. Overall the rest of the hotel was fine, little things here and there in the room that made us question how thorough housekeeping was but mostly just very disappointed about the state of the pool. Definitely could’ve just done drop in at the Y for a lot cheaper but was looking for a nicer experience.

Its a new hotel, clean and spacious.Appreciate if complimentary bottled water in the room is available.needed for our medicine.Every is great.

Staff were wonderful, very accommodating, friendly and down to earth while remaining professional. I took off one star solely for the elevator situation in the mornings. One elevator for the size of the building is just silly & surprising. Breakfast was good, hot & cold choices and variety for children. My room was quiet and very comfortable.
