The accommodation was very small, but there were no inconveniences. However, the internet didn't work at all from the second day, so I couldn't use it. Also, cleaning was random, and there were days when things like collection were organized and there were days when things stayed the same. Vienna itself may be an expensive neighborhood, but I don't know why the rating is so good for this price even though it is outside the ring. The rooms are clean and warm.

Very good local hotel, the room is relatively small, but the facilities are complete, free sauna, key location is excellent. Highly recommended

This is a really recommended hotel. The service staff is very gentle. Although the hotel is a typical old European hotel, the decoration is very good. It feels like a hotel in a European movie. Although it is not in the city center, it is very close to the train station and subway station. It is highly recommended.

The staff was great. Laura was extremely helpful on the day we were leaving when our pre-booked taxi didn't show up, she called driver and then a new company and secured us taxis to the airport. Roland was wonderful as well. Gave great recommendations for restaurants and cocktail bars for us to go too. All staff we encountered were wonderful and answered all of our questions. There was some construction going on within a few rooms of the hotel, but it was quiet. Rooms were great. Larger than expected, especially for a European hotel. The breakfast that was included was perfect. Many options. Fresh and hot every day. Very close to two trains/the tube as well as the hop-on/hop-off buses. Would recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel! Great location, wonderful staff - incredibly happy with stay! 10 out of 10 - would absolutely stay here again! The breakfast was delicious too!

The propery is older but in a fun, classic way. Front desk was staffed with warm friendly folks and there were a lot of breakfast options. Room was large and spacious and the bathroom was well lit and comfortable.

As a platinum member , I requested a late check out of an hour from 11am to 12noon but was informed that there was a €10 fee to extend.

I really enjoyed the stay in the hotel Austria Classic. The room was nice, clean, everything there, as an extra there are teabags and coffee with a water kettle in the room. The service was very nice, helpful; breakfast rich. When the street in the front of the hotel will be finished (a bicycle route is being built) also the surrounding will be okay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Austria Classic Hotel Wien. We found our room very comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning delicious and varied. The staff was warm and helpful. We appreciated the location as well as we found it very close to get to the metro stop. Would stay here again if we come back to Vienna.

Well positioned hotel, a 5 minute walk from the station which connects to the airport. U-bahn station also 5 minutes away, making access around the city simple and very cheap. Every member of staff was exceptional. All very friendly, helpful and polite. The front desk, the bar, the breakfast room, the cleaners, all perfect. Our room was spacious, warm, spotlessly clean and well maintained. All in all, a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, wonderful family suite with two separate rooms - our best accommodation on our week long trip. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful, and the location was great. Two underground stations were in very close proximity, and we also were able to walk to Stephansplatz - we are walkers! There were also restaurants nearby. It was very inviting - it felt like home!

The cleanliness of everywhere in the hotel is fantastic. The staff were so friendly and attentive. It was just a pity that work was ongoing outside the hotel, which made walking a little inconvenient. Would not hesitate to return.

The Staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was delicious and always welcome in the morning. The only downside was the construction that took place during our stay, so it was bit noisy and not visually pleasing. Moreover, the room itself can get a bit stuffy and warm even with the heater off, so leaving a gap in the window made solves the problem, but we would have liked the room temperature regulated; so we didn't have to constantly close the window when we left for the day and open it up when we returned.

Receptionist and bartender Mark was exceptional and gave us great recommendations for dining. Nice clean rooms, good breakfast and short walk from train station made this location perfect for visiting Vienna.
