Steiner Residences Vienna Taborstrasse

The apartment is dark and stuffy. There were ants and spiders in the toilet. I informed the operator that I would be staying with my grown-up son and asked if there was a sofa - since there was in the photo on the website. I received no reply. There was no sofa and when I asked to change flats, the answer was that there was no other apartment. Instead my son slept on the floor.

The good: very convenient location, apartment was a good size and parking is available close by for reasonable rates. The bad: we had apartment 4 and it was literally across where the garbage was kept for the entire building. Keeping a window open was not an option due to the smell and noise. On top of being right next to the garbage it was also right next to the designated smoking area for the entire building. Not pleasant! The apartment was superficially clean. For example the sofa bed had nasty stains below on the mattress below the sheets and we had ants all over the counters and table. Neither the bed or the sofa bed were comfortable. The sofa was as hard as a brick and the bed was less than comfortable. Overall it was quite disappointing. Maybe a different apartment would have been better but there's no way I would recommend apartment 4 to anyone in its current condition.

Close to public transport and supermarket. Room size was good. Easy check in and out. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Clean, well equipped and spacious flat. Perfectly located in a quiet residential area easy to reach the center town or for a walk off the crowd in the nice surroundings with good restaurants, the park and some interesting shops. Our home in Vienna

Overall, good unit and well located for a good price, but the sofa bed is harder than floor!

Highly equipped, all in high standards. Good communication. Shower a little small and unpleasant for my taste. Well recommended.

Nice apartment in a really good position. The bedroom is narrow.

The apartment is cozy and nice. However, the check out time is the earliest I’ve ever encountered in my travelling experience. They request guests to checkout at 10am and any checkout between 10-12pm count as a late checkout and request a fee of 15 euro.

Spotless apartment in a calm area of Vienna. Great kitchen, great bed, good space. One thing that is weird is the bathroom area. The toiled is in a room, and the sink to wash your hand is in a separate room, with the shower. Other than that, nothing bad to say about this place, fantastic stay, excelent for a couple.
