Everything about the Rafael Kaiser Premium Apartments on Antonigasse was perfect: spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our group of four had plenty of space to relax together after long days of sightseeing and the beds were also spacious and comfy. The location was a bonus because it was a 5 minute walk to a subway station and a short walk to many restaurants and shops. The appliances were modern and easy to use, and the separate toilet and shower were helpful. We had a great stay and will recommend these accommodations to everyone we know.

Lovely flat, everything that we needed. There were some signs of wear (marks on sofas/floors) and the odd dusty corners, but it was otherwise very clean and well equipped. There was a smell from the drains in the shower room. It was very strong, and the door opened opposite the kitchen/dining room, so we had to keep it closed and the extractor fan on. Lovely location, easy tram to town, kids playground right outside, and EckMeck opposite does good cheap kebabs and pizza. Luggage storage in laundry room is really useful.

Great stay for families in VIE. Fantastic stay for families. Easy to access location in the heart of Vienna. The staff communicated quickly and were very helpful. Clean, affordable, comfortable.

A nice place, well located but would require a refresh. (windows blinds torn, velux could not close completely in the bed room, no hot water for a full day)

Loved staying at the Kaiser Raphael apts. The entrance to the apts is somber and there are a few stairs to the lift but the apts are bright and clean and comfortable. Location is great, a quiet neighbourhood, and a pleasant 10-15 min walk into the old city. There’s a nice bakery just a minute’s walk away ,a Billa supermarket about 5 mins up the road and on Tabor Strasse near the dm store is a pickup point for the yellow bus blue line. Would recommend staying here.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The apartment operates with a keyless entry system. Before arriving, the details of the key box code and room information were shared via email. We stayed in Room 7 on the first floor; the room was quite spacious, had high ceilings, and offered a very airy atmosphere. It had a street view, and the cleanliness was really impressive. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you might need, making it perfect for both short and long stays. The location is very convenient; the 42 tram line provides easy access to the city center, and you can also reach it with two metro transfers if you prefer. Getting to the hotel from the airport is also very easy with just two transfers. Since we rented a car, we requested parking. There is a secure parking lot available behind the building, costing 19 Euros per day. However, the surrounding streets also seem very safe, and you can easily park your car on the street in designated areas. Additionally, there is a children's park very close to the hotel, which is a great advantage for families with children. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, independent, and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it.
