The hotel room was very spacious and the air conditioning worked perfectly, so it wasn't cold at all. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only minor downside is that it's about a 20-minute taxi ride to the city center attractions, but otherwise, I have no complaints.

The room and service is usual, on good level. However, the amenities is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Only provided slippers and toothbrush set after we went down to ask. Cleaning the room can be requested but it can only happen one time after the third night! The floor on the third day was already sticky and unpleasant to walk on. With all respect to hotel’s mission to save energy and water, at least in this case you can give the guests options how often to clean the room or the bare minimum - just help to take out trash! Hotel gives no choice at all, providing less than minimum for comfortable stay in clean place.

It's just a few minutes walk to Vienna International Center (VIC). Good location for me,as i got events at VIC. The breakfast was ok. But the food didn't change flavour and choices for 12 days. Hope that can improve.

Very nice hotel located in the business district across the river from the main town but on a metro line that gets you into the centre in about 15 minutes. Lovely room with a nice view, very quiet.

THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN!!! Filth, rudeness, NO service AT ALL! During our three-day stay, our room wasn't cleaned even once. You see, guests are supposed to call the cleaning lady themselves and ask her to clean. What kind of service is that? Cleaning should be included in the price! On top of this nonsense, when we checked into our room, there were leftover food from previous guests on the floor, spiders in the corners, dirty walls, and a sticky bathroom floor... I'd also like to point out the lazy people at reception. After we complained about the lack of cleaning for three days, we asked for fresh towels, paper towels, and robes. We were completely ignored, and an hour later, after a huge uproar throughout the hotel, they brought me some paper towels and put them on the reception desk. Are you all right? Or will you bring me a mop bucket so I can mop my own floor? I'M SHOCKED by this service! And that fat guy behind the counter is even snapping at me. This hotel is a dump!
