The hotel is walking distance from the train and bus stations, where there is also a very big mall (supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants) It is almost at the top of a hill so get ready to walk . The hotel is a 15 min walk from the historic center so it`s more quiet but the street is usually packed with traffic. The room was very comfy, and I slept very well.

We requested in the front desk if we can get the nice room view and the receptionist just laugh without saying anything.
When we arrived in the floor and most of the other rooms are empty however they still giving us the room without a view.
Rooms abit dark, apart from that overall is alright.

the room with terrace was super spacious, and the terrace itself very nice with a great view...
However, the bathroom was very poorly design... so after a shower all the floor would get wet... and no towel hungers, hard to believe !
Another problem was at check-in... I was given a normal room, so I had to return to the reception to claim my terrace room, but was solved quickly.

Generally good. Although the coffee machine was broken and I couldn't fully enjoy them... The cleaning was very good although I missed more toilet paper and a toilet brush in the bathroom. The noises are quite noticeable.

The hotel is located very close to the train station, and close to the central parts of the city. The room we stayed in was large, very clean and had air conditioning. We appreciate that they complied with the request of a room that did not smell of tobacco and was quiet. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. The staff who attended us were very helpful, they explained to us that we had coffee and some drinks (water with lemon and I would say apple juice) at our disposal 24 hours a day for free. I have returned to the hotel many times and I will continue to do so and recommend :)
