Right on the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants, hotel lobby and rooms were clean but AC in rooms doesn't work very well and a few rooms have issues with doors locking guests out of their rooms due to shifting of the security latch. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were friendly, however one manager didn't seem to care if she offended the guests as she made comments about the house keeping "not speaking English well enough" and making comments behind their backs.

Breakfast was additional fee. However it was just a regular continental breakfast. We had to even clear our own tables, so really unsure what the cost was for .

We travelled here for a cheer competition during the off season. The hotel is perfectly fine. The location, I'm sure, during the summer must be great. You can walk to just about anywhere. The hotel is dated, but it's clean, so that's all I care about. I wasn't traveling for luxury. In comparison to the price, however, you would think I was. It is definitely over priced. I'm not sure if the prices for this weekend were jacked up higher because there was also a huge wrestling tournament in town as well. But I'm sure there are comparable hotels for less money. I will say that staff was amazing. Having a bunch of cheerleaders and wrestlers all over the hotel probably isn't so fun for them, but everyone we talked to was excellent. And then finally that parking lot is a whole situation. It was not built for mini vans and giant SUV's. I didn't even bother and just went across the street to the parking garage. Overall, it was a perfectly fine hotel for what we needed.

Only stayed one night, but it was wonderful! Hotel is well maintained and very comfortable. Staff was super nice and helpful.

Perfect beachfront location. Neat, comfy and convenient.
My only complaint is the ridiculous price for a buffet breakfast which is normally included in other places $16.99 per person)
Other than that great stay at the beach for Shamrock Marathon weekend
