We were not able to even check in- no rooms available due to the Shamrock Marathons EVEN with a reservation - told us it would be a long wait to possibly get a room, at 6pm when we arrived (check in started at 3pm) said they only had two housekeepers on staff and hopefully more people would check out to possibly get us a room- we booked this room WEEKS in advance for a family event. Truly believe they over sold/committed for the weekend to others that paid more money then the expieda rate- would give this hotel zero stars, and do not book if major event happing in Va beach - they had two moms with kids crying in lobby over this situation and our family drove 3 hours home due to no where to stay- at least thankful to ******* for helping with the cancellation at no charge - seriously worst hotel experience ever

The mattress was horrible. It was bumpy. Wasn’t solid at all. I’m only 130lbs. The refrigerator didn’t work also.

Always, always, a great stay at Fairfield Inn at the Town Center. Had a great view of the Town Center skyline, which was spectacular with the Christmas lighting. Incredible staff. I have never stayed anywhere where the staff was so nice across the board. Absolutely love the shower. Great water pressure, shower head with pulsing massage. Large room and comfortable bed.

We arrived late and needed an adjustment in our reservation. Grace at the front desk was so amazing and made the process so much easier. This is our new favorite hotel!

Front desk was outstanding! I arrived at 11:00 am, and even though check in is at 3:00 pm, they accommodated me. I was able to rest from after traveling all night long.
