Balletti Park Hotel

Outdated hotel, spacious but old rooms. Lift out of order, they use the freight elevator. Poor housekeeping, smelly and carpeted reception. Certainly not worth 4 stars, typical 80's hotel.

We stayed with a daydreams voucher that gave free accommodation and then there was half board to pay. I must say that 4 stars are really excessive, especially since you don't have a 4-star choice and service at breakfast. As for the room, noisy especially for the heating / air conditioning which at night is really annoying as are the noises of drains that you hear from the other rooms. The restaurant the tavern is a real gem with excellent dishes even if with half board they tell you to choose between 3 first and 3 second courses when they have an immense variety at the usual prices of the proposed choice. Luckily when I asked if it was possible to vary they said yes. Surely the summer swimming pool park deserves it, but I honestly don't know if, saying I would pay everything, I would choose this structure again

On holiday with friends and with the dog and looking for a quiet place away from the usual summer crowds. Since they also accepted pets, we opted for this resort near the city of Viterbo, 5 minutes by car and close to the historic center of the town. Indeed, the historic center can be reached in two minutes on foot with all the useful shops at hand. The resort offers large spaces inside and many services including a swimming pool, tennis courts and a nice path to walk even in the early morning after breakfast; the green available is a lot and well kept. The areas for parking the cars are abundant and silence reigns, throughout the stay we rested very well; the houses like the one assigned to us are adequate for the purpose and there is also a kitchen if it is necessary to prepare hot dishes. There is a fridge and the beds are comfortable; the bathroom is large and the staff in charge of the rooms are good and fast and always warn before entering; breakfast is well served although I was expecting more variety; the breakfast staff always ready to satisfy the customer's needs; for two days I kindly asked to be able to prepare something to take to the room for a friend forced to do smart working in the house given the excellent wifi signal; affordable prices for what the structure offers; especially recommended for families and elderly people looking for pleasant temperatures, good food in the area and tranquility ...

Io e la mia classe abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel a metà marzo, e la nostra esperienza in questo albergo è stata estremamente negativa a causa di vari problemi gravi. La pulizia era carente, con evidente sporcizia e un forte odore di muffa. Gli spazi erano mal organizzati, con letti nel soggiorno per mancanza di spazio e finestre che non si aprivano, compromettendo l'aria e la luminosità delle stanze. La sicurezza era un'altra preoccupazione, con la porta d'ingresso che non si chiudeva. Inoltre abbiamo 16 anni e siamo stati alloggiati in bunker sotterranei lontani dall'hotel, dove c’è carenza di luminosità e di notte mette un certo timore. La colazione offerta era sia in scarsa quantità che di bassa qualità, infatti molti di noi rimanevano a digiuno. Consigliamo vivamente di evitare questo hotel.

Hotel apparentemente bello il problema è quando si entra e si sale nelle camere..già all'entrata si percepisce la scarsa pulizia e polvere dovuta alla moquette. Le camere anche se carine, polverose e vecchie di arredamento. La notte l'abbiamo passata tossendo per gli acari e con un pó di freddo. Peccato bastava una coperta in più. La colazione è stata una sorpresa ci aspettavamo tutte cose confezionate ma alla fine abbiamo mangiato abbastanza bene. Girovagando nei dintorni dell'hotel abbiamo visto l'impianto sportivo niente male ovviamente non praticabile d'inverno a causa della scarsa manutenzione. Basterebbero un pó più accorgimenti e le 4 stelle sarebbero giuste! Ha tutte le potenzialità.

Hotel con stanza grandi e calde essendo inverno. Colazione buona. Parcheggio ok. Vicino a Viterbo.
