Персонал отеля дружелюбный и приветливый. Номер 2хкомнат.с натяжкой, 4е спальное место обозначено,(на диване 2е лягут,но это очень тесно)пришлось просить раскладушку,дали,сломанную. Постел.белье не на основном спал.месте просто жуткое(рваное,в пятнах). Стоит прейскурант,в случае утраты -сколько должны за имущество гости, так вот за пододеяльник в пятнах и с дырками придётся выложить 800 р, руководству отеля стоило бы посмотреть на чем спят гости,прежде,чем уведомлять о таких ценах, вызывает вопросы,конечно. В номере чисто, кран в ванной открывается с трудом, ребёнок не смог открыть, полотенце для ног 1 на 4х гостей. На завтрак одно и тоже но это ладно, но вот собранный со вчерашних столов недоеденный хлеб и поданный как свежий, по итогу оказался плесневелый. Внизу отличная кафешка.

Номер фото не соответствует (во всяком случае у меня 301 был) убирают по просьбе, полотенца для ног надо просить чтоб поменяли, трамваи постоянно звенят и скрипят- отель рядом с поворотом трамвая, шторы слабенькие в 5 утра солнце не дает спать свет в окно и визг трамвая не дадут поспать с утра. завтрак только каша и глазунья из 2 яиц + чай (кофе)+ блинчики + йогурт 9 самый дешевый)
