Остановились с семьёй в данном отеле с 07.05.22-09.05.22.При въезде из отеля в номере забыли кроссовки и куртку. Позвонили в отель,девушка ответившая на мой звонок сказала ,что похожие забытые вещи находили ,даже поинтересовалась как мы их будем забирать .Обещали перезвонить на следующий день ….объяснив это тем ,что все забытые вещи хранятся в специальной комнате в отеле, ключ у другой сотрудницы которая будет на работе завтра.На следующий день никто не перезвонил .Я набрала сама ,девушка которая ответила на звонок ,сказала что мне не позвонили т.к. моих вещей не оказалось в специальной комнате.Я поинтересовалась как так произошло ,что сначала мне сказали ,что мои вещи найдены ,а затем их не оказалось в комнате.На этот вопрос сотрудница начала оправдываться и говорить ,что в комнате лежали какие-то забытые кроссовки с 2020 года ,типо они их перепутали в вещами забытыми 3 дня назад. На мою просьбу дать мне номер телефона старшего администратора или менеджера отеля ,сотрудницы начали передавать друг-другу трубку и шушукаться! Руководство отеля АРТ

Отель вполне хороший за свои деньги. Единственное что не понравилось это расположение отеля в промышленной зоне города (рядом находится завод по производству Азота и кислорода) и запах доходит до отеля

Чисто, персонал вежливый. В номере все хорошо. Единственное, что располагается в самом центре промзоны. Завтрак нормальный, наесться можно.
